True! Seems everyone is complaining because this has been going on for days. It started with the puzzle not working because the puzzle was never edited to accept another method when Adobe flash player ended. Not much of an excuse here, since HSN knew about this way in advance, took away many of our favorite games, and introduced other games in anticipation of this change. The new version of Trizzle still doesn’t work well going to “NAN” “no score” when you are doing well – not to mention that other games stall. This week, clearly the worse yet, the ads do not load and so the games do not load. I must say, unfortunately HSN is not the same fine company it was before it was taken over by the people who run QVC. IT’s a shame. HSN was my number one shopping channel to go to for fun along with making purchases. It’s not like we don’t expect an occasional glitch to happen in the arcade, but it is sad that there doesn’t seem to be a tech department to service the games or answer our questions. I emailed customer service and asked them to forward my questions to the “tech department”. They dis answer and said they would forward my question, but I never heard back. The old HSN always answered immediately. Sad to see the lack of communication. I miss the old HSN!
I just spent an hour typing a reply but somehow it disappeared. I’m just going to type a very abbreviated reply. I am 70 years old, one of QVC’s first and very loyal customers spending thousands of dollars. I posted on a community place on QVC asking if anyone knew My Pillow was just out of stock because I wanted to order 2 more pillows, and when they have value of the day, it’s much cheaper. Imagine my shock and surprise when I went on to see if anyone knew and a large ominous banner appeared YOU ARE BANNED. I guess these culture cancel extremists are kept very busy targeting old women asking questions on QVC. I never considered myself a threat to America, but evidently these people are afraid of me for some reason. On seeing the banner my first reaction was shock, then fear, then sadness, and now I’m just very, very angry.
I said a lot more on my post that disappeared, just remember these people and companies are alienating 50% of America and once we speak with our credit cards and our checkbooks, their bottom line isn’t going to be one their stock holders will like. They may run everything else, many companies, media, twitter , Facebook, but they don’t own us. We are steadfast, brave, hardworking, honest, all the old qualities that once made America great.
I want to truly thank HSN for allowing us to speak out. There are so few places where the truth can be spoken, and isn’t this terribly sad.
After almost 34 years being a loyal customer of QVC, I am no longer a customer of theirs, and I’m looking forward to talking to management. I have been shopping HSN a lot this past year, they will now be my go to place to shop. (Unless I’m banned that is)
I went to buy a my pillow on your site because that’s where I usually have been buying it from, either hsn or qvc. I noticed that you no longer sell his product and then I found out why. I’m so ashamed that you all fell for the quacks of the cancel culture and decided to rid a product because of the scam these people pull. They most likely don’t even buy anything from your site. But you can look me up an see what a long and loyal shopper I have been to the HSN and QVC
Shopping network. I cannot continue buying from you any longer because I see that you are UN-American in the belief of free speech which is something I as an immigrant left my communist country for the freedom of America. As soon as my last invoice bills are paid off, I will delete my accounts .
HSN is owned by QVC. HSN made a political statement by cancelling MY PILLOW. Therefore, I will no longer be shopping from HSN or QVC. I recommend you do the same. However, if you hate the US of America continue on. Censorship of a vendor due to his political beliefs violates everything our constitution stands for, even if you disagree with the vendor. I cannot support a company with this type of behavior.

I am sorry if you won a prize and did not receive it. I also do not shop as much since HSN changed (guess QVC or whoever took over.) That said, I have won several really nice prizes over the last 15 or so yrs – camera, Jay King necklace, Curtis Stone cooking skillets, and a few other prizes. Received every one of them – this was several yrs ago. I don’t feel as if HSN owes me these prizes. I feel as if HSN is doing this as extra way to sell items, but more important I enjoy the games. I do not play to win, I play to entertain myself. I have always been amazed by players who feel as if they are owed these prizes. Not everyone wins a prize. Just because you have played for many years, this does not qualify you to win. You don’t have any more importance to win than anyone else. Unless their computers are programed for certain customers to win more than others – & this would be their option to do so since this is their company – winning is a numbers games. Don’t get to hung up on programming computers unless you are aware of all the computers that are programmed to do that exact same thing. It is happening all the time in your life, you just are not aware of it. Perhaps you are not to skilled at negotiation & communication skills if you have to go to the state attorney to get a prize won from a shopping network. I know I have stepped on many toes, but sometimes the whinning gets to be to much over prizes won that only takes your time – not your money.

I hope they are because the clothes on here now with the exception of Guiliana and maybe one or two others are very un-hip and unflattering! At least HSN USED TO have some hipper better clothes however it has been a while and time they get with it and have some clothes that are actually on trend. HSN needs to distinguish themselves from QVC, etc…
HSN used to be the shopping channel that was more on trend and I could actually find some cool things on here. Becoming more and more like QVC…I might as well go to Kohls, at least they have Vera Wang & I get money back!!

It’s user friendly, there’s attention to detail, the content and deals are updated daily which makes me visit often and it’s great to be able to watch demos for nearly every product. Compared to shopping apps like Amazon and even QVC its design is flawless. I find this app the most appealing and I tend to open it just out of boredom. I wish they had free shipping more often.
Posted in Forum: FashionI too am very disappointed HSN is not selling Slinky Brand clothes. I love this brand and miss them. I loved that most of their line was made in the US too. HSN should tell its loyal customers if they are carrying this line or not. I have not found another brand of clothing I love as much as this one. I do like Nina Leonard and DG2, but totally different styles. I have not been shopping as much on HSN since they discontinued not only this brand, but Liz Lange and Elysee skin care with no explanation. I’ll be looking to buy from other places as HSN doesn’t seem to be carrying much I like anymore nor will I shop on QVC.
I could not agree with you more. the “designers” are still “designing” the same old stuff. Ugly and frumpy except for Marla. But as someone said, her clothes are too “billowy” for smaller women. I love them but she’s gotten so expensive. Believe it or not, I’m shopping on Amazon for some items but I always go to my favorite Zara and Nordstrom. (Sale items of course.) HSN and QVC have definitely been downgraded. Time to give it up or get new and real designers. I feel badly for the hosts when they are describing the clothes. The complimentary words are so hard to come out; descriptions just don’t flow from the hosts or their hearts.
Posted in Forum: BeautyI bought a lot more of both of these brands when they were on their other networks. There were better deals, and they had more time to talk about their products. I’ve tried other Skincare brands from the QVC empire, and end up with breakouts, or no results. I also miss Nicky Butler on HSN -beautiful jewelry, and such a charming guy. I’m paying off my easy pays, and will be shopping directly from Pro Caps, Serious Skincare, and Final Sales (Nicky Butler.) Way to up a good thing- No more shopping from TV.
I’m a little late to the party but here is my take. I don’t spend as much as I used to here and I’ve found myself ordering direct from “HSN vendors” like Lorac and getting better deals and pricing. I never watch HSN and rely totally on email alerts. At this point in time I order Korres and Andrew Lessman items. That’s if the pricing is good and free shipping. The occasional coupon I receive from HSN doesn’t really entice me to shop but makes a difference if I really need something. I’m not an impulse shopper and totally hate returning items. All this said the changes, vendors crossing over to QVC or leaving altogether has narrowed down my shopping experience. I know things change and life moves on but we don’t have to like it.
I personally think there is a bigger picture here. I remember when QVC was phasing out crafts.
Oh, crafts are still available on QVC but I only recall one craft show on QVC in the last two or three years. I’m just wondering if this is what is going on at HSN. I certainly hope not. First HSN “merged” with QVC. Next thing HSN stopped ALL $5 “Shipping Days.” Then Suzanne began her own show of “Suzanne gets crafty.” Next thing was that Anna and Sara were on at two separate times. Last “Craft Day” was a sporadic event. I began shopping elsewhere some time ago. Many places have shipping on orders rather than items. All of these places have minimums which must be met to take advantage of that, but in the long run, how much $ have we and do we spend at HSN on “Craft Days.” Next craft event is set for Oct. 8. When HSN had their first craft show and announced that there would not be the “All Day $5.00 shipping” it was also announced that to “make up” for that, the price of the craft items had been reduced. I think there are other plans in the making which will happen, maybe over time, maybe sooner. But I definitely think something “bigger” is up. As always, vendors think shoppers are not savvy about buying. We, as customers, are NOT ostrich shoppers or buyers.
I couldn’t agree more and have complained many times about similar issues over the last couple years, all of which fall on deaf ears. HSN knows they’ve upset and disappointed thousands of customers, but they simply don’t care. They overtly ignore all our complaints and just continue with dropping vendors we used to love and keep show hosts that are truly obnoxious (there are two in particular that, for some unknown reason, have been on for years and worsen with age). I’ve been shopping with HSN since 1988 (yes, 32 years) but my purchases through them has significantly decreased in the last 2-3 years. I’m just tired of them, QVC and their parent company have ruined them. BTW, I completely quit QVC years ago because they are truly the WORST of the WORST.
