QVC is a rip-off.

I ordered some items from QVC and had to return them. When I looked at my return amount it showed they were charging me for the return label, be it $6.96, $8.95, etc.. on top of the shipping amount. I used one box from them and only one label for the several items I placed in it, yet they charged me for each item with the label cost and shipping cost. I am now DONE with QVC!! Be aware of what their doing. I did read somewhere that if you paid with paypal, they wouldn’t charge you for it. I’ll have to find it again.

Luckily one of the brands I love is Cuddle Duds, and I just found them on Macy’s website.

HSN is owned by QVC. HSN made a political statement by cancelling MY PILLOW. Therefore, I will no longer be shopping from HSN or QVC. I recommend you do the same. However, if you hate the US of America continue on. Censorship of a vendor due to his political beliefs violates everything our constitution stands for, even if you disagree with the vendor. I cannot support a company with this type of behavior.

I just returned some items, I used Paypal and they still took out the label amount. I read that you have to take it to Paypal. I’m with you, I am done with QVC! I even printed one on MY printer and they still charged me. I think they are going to lose a lot of customers by doing this. If I use ONE box, ONE label, with multiple items inside, I should only be charged for the ONE!! BYE QVC!!
This is why I LOVE HSN.. I only pray that HSN won’t take the same return practice as QVC, since they sister networks…

I rarely order from QVC but recently ordered a pair of Susan Graver shorts on clearance. They were much too small and even though I only expected a small amount of money back after the deductions, I was surprised to get a full refund – exactly what I paid. I did note on the return that the item seemed to be sized incorrectly. Maybe that helped. Seems like return refunds are hit or miss.

I have to disagree. I have called them in advance and they told me that I CAN ship multiple things back in the same package and I am only charged one shipping. That was the case.

YES I AGREE WITH YOU 100%. THEY MAKE THEIR MONEY WITH THE SHIPPING COST WHEN WE RETURN ITEMS. MY ADVICE IS TO MAKE SURE YOU LOVE THE ITEM AND NO YOU WILL NOT RETURN IT OR JUST DON’T ORDER FROM QVC AT ALL. I STOPPED. HSN IS HEADING THAT WAY TOO. FOR EXTENDED RETURNS TO JANUARY THEY WILL BE TAKING YOUR SHIPPING COST ALSO. RETURN IT NOW (30 DAYS) IF YOU’RE NOT COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH THE ITEM. HSN WILL BE MAKING MONEY OFF OF OUR SHIPPING TOO.

  If you buy more than one item at the same time and they do like they’ve done to me and other people, HSN are already making money on shipping by putting everything into one box and sending it all together.
  
  I don’t think HSN kept the original shipping on extended returns last year. I sent quite a few things back in the same box, and I don’t think it was within 30 days, and I got the original shipping back. They really will be making a lot of money back this year if they keep the original shipping.
  
  I love the way they say how much they love and care about their customers whilst doing actions that indicate the opposite. They must think their customers are not very bright. (The word I wanted to use would be deleted.)
