Earlier this Spring, I was unable to leave reviews anymore. I thought it had something with the Pandemic & staffing. I worked for weeks with HSN IT, etc. but still nothing.Customer Service certainly couldn’t do anything, nor did they care. HSN IT couldn’t do anything, as mentioned, nor did they care. I tried this; I tried that. I tried suggestions from the community. NOTHING. I thought it had something to do with the HSN/QVC merger. Not sure. I was a HSN customer since about 1994; online since 2012. All the fun has been sucked out of the HSN experience. I hardly ever buy anything anymore from HSN, because like all other sites, reviews play into my purchases.
Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceHsn is horrible! The website is horrible! The customer service is horrible! Placing an order online was a problem! Placing an order over the phone was a problem! Paying a bill was a freaking problem! I’m done with them.. I’ll stick with QVC!
Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceI recently ordered a few clearance fashion items. I received an HSN box last night that did have my name on it, but inside was someone else’s packing slip and order! This happened to me recently with QVC as well. Now I have to schlep to the Post Office and call customer service, what a pain! And meanwhile, where is MY merchandise? With that other person? Does this person now have my information? Do I have to wait for her to return my merchandise before I can receive it? Shame on your warehouse staff, HSN and QVC! I know mistakes happen but come on! If you are filling multiple orders can you at least check that you are sending the right goods to the right person??? Not very happy!
Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceI just want to start off by saying I am so very disappointed in HSN. I have ordered things before and I’ve never had such a bad experience. My daughter order a laptop for my other daughters bday gift as they just lost their mother and I wanted to cheer her up a bit for the holidays and her Bday. The order was canceled due to my daughter not having the correct billing address as my card. My daughter deleted the card and created an account for me. She tried to reorder it but the account stated that the card was added to another account.
I called customer service with my daughter on 3 way and the representative stated that it would take 5 to 7 days to transfer the card to the correct account as well as 3 to 5 days to receive the preauth money back. These time frames are unacceptable especially the 5 to 7 business days to transfer a card. Anyway I was also told that I was able to use another card to order the item so I used another bank card and guess what “flex pay denied”. Why tell me I can use another card to buy the item on flexpay and hold up more funds if I’m not eligible. Wouldn’t it have been something to tell me in the beginning so that I wouldn’t tie up more of my funds. This is so ridiculous,and then comes the transferring run around. I spoke to 4 representatives and a voicemail *supposedly supervisor line*. I am still without a laptop and 240 dollars on hold for 3 to 5 days all because of their error in telling me I was able to order with a different card. I have never had any issues with QVC but HSN has been a nightmare. Researching has shown me that I am not the only one whose gone through this issue. Why not preauth my eligibility before preauth my bank account. Wouldnt that be more logical. I will be reporting this to the BBB along with whatever other platform I can use until my issue is resolved.
Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceI received the Air Fryer last night, and it was damaged. The shipping box (from China) was intact in good condition, but the oven had a huge dent on top as if someone had step on it. It was also packed upside down. Since this oven was sold out, I cannot get another one. This is the second time on the road that I ordered an appliance from WP and is broken. I took pictures to include it in my review. I can’t post my review online now because I “have not used if for 5 days yet.” I called Customer Service and was offered $40 discount, but the oven it is badly broken so I did not accept it. HSN would not allow me to post a review yet. I returned it today via UPS. I just noticed 2 reviews were posted with similar description that the oven was damaged. I will order the Air Fryer oven from QVC featured by Chef Zakarian and it is $30 cheaper.
Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceLet me begin did not receive new HSN card and payment was due 9/10 called synchrony and talked to a person who told me to just send in my payment to synchrony bank with no account number I was afraid but did not want a late payment I began checking my statement a couple days later and no posting of payment yesterday I called again and was on phone for one hour but the problem was solved by a very nice customer service rep my payment went to my qvc account and not my hsn account the customer service rep had to transfer the money from qvc to hsn I just checked my account this morning and the money was applied she also told me my new card is being sent out on the 7th I would suggest if you made a payment and it’s not showing up to call Hopefully everything will be settle by the next time payment is due and I receive my new card
