I can’t get the arcade page to open for over a week and have tried multipole fixes. This happened before when they were updating the games but not for this long,

I do not understand this.

Hi. I loved going to the Boardwalk in New London, Ct.. Also liked the area for changing from street clothes to a bathing suit. The Boardwalk had many delights. Ice cream (some soft served), a take out food area and on the other side the famous Merry-Go Round and the Dodgem Cars. Both places I thoroughly enjoyed. While dating hubby we used to walk to the other side to play mini golf and in the winter played the Arcade games. Some were free due to the offseason. For some reason he always let me win. LOL.. The parking lot was always full and there was never a charge to spend the day at the beach. Of course, today, it will cost you to park there. The beach was always full. The sand always hot to the bottom of your feet. The ocean always cold until you got used to it. As you meandered to the right you had huge rocks with mussels attached. The other side was for the people who lived in Waterford, Ct.. Many years later this spot became the venue for “Summer Music” on Thursdays. It was always something to look forward to. Bring a blanket or quilt and lay it on the ground and begin your own picnic. Sometimes we would bring a bottle of wine ,other times a soft drink. We met Yoyo Ma during intermission. Harry Belafonte (my favorite and still is), Canadian Brass. Empire Brass (another favorite). Rolf Smedvig started this group and today he is still my favorite horn player. His feeling for the composers really shines through. He doesn’t just play the notes, he feels them. These just to name a few. It was loads of fun and you had a choice. You could remain on the grounds or go into the tent for the show. We did both.

I cannot get into the games. Tried different browsers and cleared cache but can only get onto the shopping page and not arcade games.
Posted in Forum: HSN ArcadeThere have been several times that I cannot get the arcade to open. Is anyone else having this issue? If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know. I click to open the arcade but it just goes back to the main page. Sometimes I will go to my favorites or any other option and then go back and click on arcade and it will open but it will not do that now. Not sure what is going on.
Posted in Forum: HSN ArcadeI’m so tired of this particular ad. It’s right on the “play” button, so you can’t tap play. Then it’s positioned on top of the game, interfering with trying to play a game. It acts like spam or a virus. It’s hard to not accidentally touch the ad while trying to play a game. It’s caused me to get low scores or lose the game. There’s a small black X to close it, but it comes back immediately. It’s extremely difficult to try and play a game and deal with this ad at the same time. I’m constantly trying to avoid touching the ad, which causes me to lose my concentration on the game. ARCADE TEAM, please get rid of this ad.
Agree…So disappointed in HSN’s Tech Staff with regard to your Arcade. There is no reason you can’t fix the problems we are experiencing. To know how long it has not worked — it is ridiculous. Do your job for your customers — you owe it to us.
I didn’t see hubby yesterday nor did I work on the house. I needed a cool down period so I would not fly off the handle in front of hubby or elsewhere. Instead I worked a jigsaw on Kindle, played a few games in the Arcade and did some reading. All this just to have a few moments of peace.
The food that hubby enjoyed came from the kitchen. I have no idea if the slip with the food had his name. I assumed that all my calling and talking came to fruition. It was a memorable time and I stayed longer than I should have to make sure there were no coughing spells or trips to the hospital. I am now getting ready to jump into a shower, dress and drive to see hubby. Not sure what the outcome will be when I get there. If I am not permitted to visit, then there will be repercussions that the rehab facility will need to face. The new head to the Unit who is also an RN thinks I am trying to kill my husband. What they do not understand is that I watch what hubby eats and know farewell that he can tolerate foods that are soft. I also note that the food on his plate is not enough to sustain him from one meal to another. The RN on duty says that all cookies should be pureed. Did you ever try eating sandpaper????LOL

Posted in Forum: HSN ArcadeJust got a new laptop and now when I play arcade games I can no longer see hsn’s livestream programs. A popup message appears in the streaming area on the right side of my laptop monitor that says “sign in to confirm you’re not a bot”. I’m already signed into hsn, YouTube and google, and still can’t see livestream so I’m confused as to why I see this message and where else I might need to log in to see streaming programming. Important to note that every time I click on a game, the livestream area randomly opens and the livestream program appears then immediately closes and the popup message appears. I’m not computer savvy, can anyone out there offer suggestions as to why this might be happening and what I might do to fix it? I’ve called hsn technical report and they couldn’t help. They said they would pass the issue onto the Arcade people but I would not receive a response from them. I’ve also tried reach out to Arkadium, but received no response. Thanks so much.
Posted in Forum: HSN ArcadeDoes anyone know why you now have to sign in separately into the Arcade? I didn’t have to this morning but now I do. Is this just so they and their partners and vendors can all have access to our private information like names, addresses, phone numbers, etc.? I had already signed into HSN, but the games now require a separate sign-in.
There are no prizes anymore and not much incentive to play and so after trying the new arcade for about a week I totally stopped playing. The ads are annoying and I have found another free site to play on which only has one quick ad after a full game with nothing distracting while playing the game. Actually it works out well for me because I seem to be buying and spending less, I am no longer watching every night so I’m not being enticed by what is going on at HSN by the little box that showed the products as I was online playing the games. .I enjoyed playing the games each night while watching HSN TV on the screen and have been lucky and won a couple of times over the years. I had a feeling the HSN theme “It’s Fun Here” would end when HSN was acquired by the owners of QVC. No problem though, I did have fun, but all good things come to end. Although I will buy less I will still buy a few things I feel I need – mostly Andrew Lessman vitamins which are basics for me, but I don’t have to watch any shows to replace vitamins – I can just go online when I need to reorder, It will save me money because there will be no more impulse buys which was happening too often anyway. Best of luck to the players that still enjoy the HSN games.
HI FAIRIE, you can remove the blocker by going into your virus software and changing the VPN to no. When done, you can return to add the VPN. I no longer play games in the Arcade and now use other avenues. I do check the programs for the next day and if there is anything I like, I immediately put it into favorites. Of course, you do need to sign in to see the Alerts. Today, there are many viruses lurking on the web in almost every venue., Whatever your computer and virus software are doing to keep you safe is a good thing. I had problems where I could not log in, etc.. I ran my virus software and it found many problems which have been rectified. I only log in to see my favorites and to look at the items for today. Stay safe as you go to other web sites.
I made it to Costco yesterday and had a great time looking around and such. I did manage to put purchase the water I so desperately needed. A nice gentleman came by as I opened the trunk and put them inside for me. Thank goodness I didn’t need to lift them. Also, I picked up a crunchy salad which is absolutely delicious. It comes with the dressing. Don’t laugh, I had some for breakfast. On the way to see Hubby I picked up vanilla custard and chocolate decadent which was the feature one for the day. Both with hot fudge. I don’t know what made hubby so happy, the ice cream or seeing me. The aid kidded him on getting the fudge on his shirt and on the sheet. Guess both wanted a taste (LOL).
I left early and had a beautiful sky with the moon. The moon was full and it emanating the clouds all around. It was very similar to one of your pictures on this thread. It had some yellows and whites. Loved it.
When I arrived home my plants had arrived along with a package that I assumed was from HSN. The plants are beautiful and the flowers gorgeous. Full bush for both and cannot wait to plant them. I picked up two huge planters from Sam’s Club in a lapis color. I was hoping for teal, but took what I could. The planters are a little large for these plants, however, if we get a bad storm during the hurricane season, the soil should hold them down. If I’m here, will bring them into the lanai prior to any storm. And speaking of packages, received one that I assumed was HSN. I don’t recall purchasing clothing, but opened it and found something that was not my taste. Looked at the label which took some time. It was from the Q and belongs to a neighbor on another street. I will drop it off with a note on my way to see hubby.
I see there is someone else having problems signing in. I think anyone who has been in the Arcade lately, should definitely check their virus software. I just have a funny feeling on this one. For once, I hope I am wrong.
