Understand that things can change, but WHY changing a good thing. Joy and Iman are two of the best designers on HSN. Instead you keep repeating the same mediocre shows you have.
How msny tines I need to hear about soaps/skincare/electronica. Noticed that QVC repeats pretty much similar show on the same days HSN is presented. Instead Marla Wynne is having more shows (she is #2 of my designers) however, the quality of her garments have declined and the prices has gone up
I recently purchase two of her straight leg pants. I could verily moved. The inseam she uses now for regular size 14 is 28, really?
If you are 5’8, with curves (no complaints here) the inseam should be 30/31 inches
The same for DG2. The Super stretch fabrics are Not like past fabrics/ pants she made
So tired of paying for returned shipping to QVC and HSN for something that is not my doing. They are the designers.
I coming to the realization that you don’t care about your customers. Just make wherever.
Many of us are on retirement budget
I think they getting people to buy by offering Flex/Easy pay. Please bring IMAN BACK
I am surprisrd they paired them together after the way Diane treated Susan 4 weeks ago….they need to be a little better collaboration between the the host and the vendor….speaking over each other and the off the cuff comments shows the lack of professionalism it detracts from from giving us the viewer/consumer the shopping experience….shopping has lost its appeal to me, between seeing this going on and several of my designers not coming back or HSN not being transparent about the the changes (Iman) HSN will lose customers..I know I havent purchased anything in the last few months!

I’m keeping my fingers crossed too. Have you noticed a few designers on both QVC & HSN with a red floral print that is very similar to Iman’s red floral from a few seasons ago? Of her multi tonal leopard print that more and more designers are now using? How about the side triangle on her curve appeal pants? There are at least two designers that are now using this on their pants.
I’m hoping she noticed this, realized that YES she is the trend setter and will have something absolutely fresh and new where others will be following for a few more years again.
I’m still holding out for her return. Not too long ago, three of the hosts said she will be back and is working on her new line. Iman used the same distributor as Joy so she would have had to find a new distributor but that does not mean she won’t be back. Fingers crossed. I sure miss her!

There seems to be a flurry if different answers. Host on air talk about her line as if shes still there. A few weeks ago on the Fashion Edit, Callie said she was working hard on an all new collection to bring in. Others have said customer service says the opposite that shes no longer a designer with them.
I guess we’ll find out when it’s time. I for one would love to see an entirely new collection. I’ve noticed a few designers have offered a few prints that look like Iman’s as well as a lot of her design styles. Shes one of the first to focus on Ponte or pilazo pants and now they are everywhere.
Sorry for the long post. I’m just patiently waiting for her to bring new concepts.
I’ve heard that Iman will not be back. Her line was apparently under the umbrella of Joy Mangano and Joy is gone, therefore Iman is gone too. They’ll probably turn up somewhere else.
Posted in Forum: FashionI was just watching a clearance show of Iman’s pants. Does anyone truly know if she’s coming back or not? We’re going into the fall season and she’s still not on air. Also if she’s not returning where will she be selling her clothes? I hate will these shopping networks leave you hanging.
Posted in Forum: FashionThese jeans by IMAN are great. The item #623-922, HSN $59.99, clearance price is now $14.95 with 6 flex pay. There are a variety of basic colors plus purple. The only lengths left are short and average. I’d gotten them in almost ever color. I found them to be spot on in sizing. I’d actually sized down due to the stretch, yet, it depends on how snug you like them. The color, fit, fabrication & ease of wash is wonderful. I found that each color I have keeps their color & shape. These were a “home run” at this clearance price.

Any of those women would do a great job building an empire on shopping channels. I hope one of them does it. I’d even be happy to see Barry Diller buy it and make it the way HSN used to be when all the great fashion vendors used to be here. I’d love to see him come back to HSN with Mindy Grossman. WHEN is Iman coming back? It will be September soon! Sigh…Oh, I forgot to mention I hoard shoes, purses, scarves and hats too! But I think you knew that too, right? Lol. I blame it on fall. I have been cleaning out and purging my closet and drawers so it is much more manageable now. I am a maximalist trying to become a minimalist. I dream of having a more streamlined closet but it takes time for habits to die. I am making much progress though! 😀
My look is totally similar Kittengirl. I think AngieP raises a good point…to see someone like Joy Magnano and I’m adding Iman, purchase them. Wow, that would be something to watch. Iman definitely knows how to stay on trend without being “trendy.” I find when you’re too trendy your clothes end up looking dated quicker. When you have a more trend forward, classic look you can keep your clothes longer.
There are things on Imans’ page that have been sold out for two years. All I can figure is a bunch of rookies work at d.o.t.c.o.m. Typical. HSN employee turnover has always been high.
I think it’s hit or miss with shipping times at HSN. I just received a Vince Camuto blouse yesterday that I received within 2-3 days yet my Giuliana purchase is still in SC.
I’m cutting back on my purchases too but it has little to do with shipping charges or time – it has to do with most of my fave vendors no longer being here. At least there is still Vince Camuto, Sam Edelman, Lancome, Dr. Nassif skincare and Carol’s Daughter. I am still waiting for Iman’s fall return.
Waiting a week for a pkg. to be delivered is no bother to me. Amazon is pretty quick (I only buy books, music or cat towers there) and Zappos is 24 hr delivery with free shipping and returns. I do miss the days of $3.50 shipping/rest for half or free but it doesn’t stop me from buying a product if I really want or need it. I think that is key for me though – less impulse buying and that’s good!
I was JUST thinking about how I would love to see some boots. I have some great Iman riding boots that I let my daughter have, so now I need new ones. We’ll see!
I know, same here – love fall fashions and always looked forward to this time of year. HSN used to have some really good vendors and fashions. Hal Rubenstein, Badgley Mishka, Patricia Fields, Twiggy, Carlos Falchi, Randolph Duke, just to name a few. At least Vince Camuto will be on soon. Where is Iman? They said she would be here with her new line for fall. I haven’t seen a Sam Edelman show in a long time. Remember when they actually had a runway for the fall fashions? The good old days…
I wish Barry Diller and Mindy Grossman would come back and save HSN and restore it to it’s good old days. Here’s to hoping! 😀
