Wolfgang Puck Rice Cooker
I purchased this item for $20 in April. Well, 45 days after the purchase the unit stopped working. I could not get the unit to switch to “cook”. I called customer service and was given the number to customer service at Wolfgang Puck. I called them the following day and they sent me out a new bottom base for the unit. Well….guess what???? That unit is also broken !! The same thing happens. The unit will not change over to cook no matter how many times you press it !! I’m very annoyed. I expect a product made by Wolfgang to work more than 45 days and if a replacement is sent, I expect the replacement to work.
I am going to file a complaint with the BBB against Wolfgang Puck and HSN. This is not the first time I have purchased something and it was crap. Isn’t there a law against false advertising???
Mine has also stopped working just after 30 days. Obviously cheap electronics are being used.
I spoke with customer service on Wednesday, 07/06/16. Another unit was to be shipped to me right away and it was to be inspected before it shipped since the replacement they sent was broken. I then emailed them on 07/23 and I still have not received any replies. The original unit stopped working less than 60 days after I had it. The replacement unit sent was broken. I’m still waiting for another unit which I am sure I will never receive.Info is as follows for Wolfgang Puck customer service:

I am sorry to hear that this cooker has broken on you. I forwarded your feedback about these issues to our quality team to look into. Since this is outside of our return time frame, I suggest contacting Wolfgang Pucks company again to see if they are able to help with another fix.
