Is the TS and the original Pressure Oven (2013) the same unit or are there 3?
Bought Original WP pressure oven July 2014. It was the 1700w unit. As it was a new product idea I wisely opted to purchse the extended warranty. I didn’t realize for over 15 months that it was defective. Still having over 18 months warranty I called. The insuring company put a shipping label in the mail and have now contacted me that they will be reimbussing my purchase price. So, now! I loved it when it didn’t work right I know I’ll love it when I replace it, but I have questions. There is a presale for a smaller (counter top) version of this item on sale today. Wonder where they thought we put the larger one? hahah, Item 475-530. it is 22 liter. I notice that it only comes with a 2 year warranty. I have no idea what size my original was. There is also the 473-207 pressure oven with rotisserie. I comes with the three year warranty again.
So, finally ! On to my questions. Are all three 1700w? If not, please provide wattage. One is 22 liter, may we know the capacity of the other two? I have the pizza rack from my original (size unknown) purchase. Would if be more likely to fit the 22 liter or the rotisserie, or both? Do any of the three accommodate a full size baking dish now? What is the maximum size dish I can expect to use in either unit?
Thanks for your patience in deciphering all of this
What a wonderful hubby I have. There actually ARE three models. My original and the rotisserie are essentially the same size, 29L. Both hold a 14lb turkey and both have the same external dimensions.
The one on sale today is substantially smaller. It will not hold a turkey. it boasts of up to a 6lb chicken capacity. Wish I had had all this information before I had placed my order. Will go ahead and accept “THE ESSENTIAL”, but already suspect that it will not hold the accessories which I have previously bought. Will continue watching and waiting for “THE ORIGINAL” or “THE ROSISSERIE” to go on sale.
The main question he was not able to answer for me was whether or not my Wolfgang Puck Nonstick Pizza Crisper Screens will fit in or have insertion guides in “THE ROSISSERIE” model. I am still confused as to whether or not HSN still offers “THE ORIGINAL”.
Kyle, you had indicated to Sarah that the item number was almost identical to the 473-207. You indicated the Rotisserie rod with screws and ties,at it comes with. Is that correct, I did not read the items listed under the list of items that come with it. The other day I had asked you the questions about if the TS came with the rotisserie rod, screws and ties and you had indicated back to me it did not. Please clarify. I would be interested if it did.
Thank you again, Sarah. I recognize and appreciate all the “other” items that come with 473-207. I have the lasagna pan and pizza rack that I would like to use in it. The host an WP are frequently commenting that “you all asked for a unit not so large”. That is what mad me think there was a substantial difference in size. They just announced the size of this one as 17 3/4x15x15. I will make my decision based on the information I have. Thank you again for your help
Sarah, Thank you for your reply. I was diligent in looking for more information before posting. Neither item, has “MORE” anywhere on the page other then the PAYING NO MORE THAN $4.95 in shipping and LEARN MORE. would it be possible to send me the capacity of the 473-207? And how can I get my real question answered which is. I have shelves, trays and pans from the 22 liter I had to return (I think). Will they fit in the rotisserie oven or are the interior dimensions different between them?
Hi ! Item 475-530 is 1600 watts, and item 473-207 is 1700 watts. You can check out all this information and more by visiting the item pages for each and clicking the ‘More’ button about half way down the screen.
