Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me
I don’t want to "should’ve" all over myself, but my Sharif Luxe 3 in 1 transformer bag chain straps (2nd time carrying it) just snapped and broke (no didn’t overstuff it) downtown Chicago on my way to the train yesterday, drag! I purchased another one of his bags a few years back and the chain straps broke on that purse too, and in a short amount of time! I do own another 3 of his bags (without chain straps) and they have held up quite well. Needless to say, I will NEVER purchase another Sharif bag that has chain straps. Now, my recent purchase, the paisley black with pink flowers bucket tote with vachetta trim is gorgeous and well made. Learned my lesson, finally. Good news though, HSN customer service (female rep) listened to me last night and resolved the problem…I am in just at the about 30 day limit, but still customer service was very kind and helpful. I really appreciate that, as my hard earned cash can’t be flushed down the toilet with a bag that fell apart on the 2nd use.
Thanks for your post. The Sharif bags I have are also falling apart.
While the shapes, designs, and colors are fun, the quality in product is lacking.
Yes, Snow, HSN’s customer service is superb, and I feel confident buying here.
What a shame that this happened to you especially in downtown Chicago. HSN Customer Service is the best isn’t it?
