grrr so frustrated!
Really wanted to purchase the cricut last night but my son was sick so I wasn’t able to get back to the computer to put the order through. Of course now it is back up in price and no more 5 payments. I give up! I miss this every time. 🙁
I call to ask my friend that question..She said no water touched the zipper..I guess it could be just like with costume jewelry it might just be a reaction with a person’s skin and oils with certain types of metal…
Since I can’t wear “mystery metal”jewelry..I’ll stay away from metal zippers on outerwear.:smileysad:
That is weird! Did she wear it in the rain? Can she have them replaced at a shoe repair maybe?
I have an Iman moto that was a t/s a while ago and the leather is very thin and cheap. But she has a lot of fans here and often sells 80,000plus units on a good T/S day so she must be doing something right. I have a few other things from her line that I swear by.
The T/S does not look too fitted in the arms and the advice to measure and look at the size chart is the best you can do. If you also have broad shoulders then maybe go up a size.
I’m not familiar with the product you’re speaking of, but, when something goes On Sale like this, sometimes called the TS, (Today’s Special), it does so for 24-hours.
Here’s a few things you can do that will maybe help you in the future.
1. At the top of any page, click on ACCOUNT. In the second column, you will find MANAGE PREFERENCES. Click on that and make sure your HSN PROMOTIONS and the TODAY’S SPECIAL are check-marked.
Then, go down to WHEN TO WATCH EMAILS. Click on EDIT BRANDS. Click on CRAFTS & SEWING, check-mark Cricut, then click SAVE CHANGES.
A box will come up that shows all the Brands you’ve check-marked. Click the ‘x’ at the top of this box to close it. You’ll now be back at your ACCOUNT page. Click the SAVE CHANGES and a check-mark will show-up in a little Green Circle. This tells you that all has been saved.
When Cricut is going to come up for a tv presentation, you will receive an email a few days in advance telling you so.
2. Go to the top of any page and click on WATCH. It will show what’s being currently presented on television. BUT, the important thing is above that.
Click on the PROGRAM GUIDE icon. Then, click on the TIME ZONE you’re in. Next to that, you will see the DAY box. If you click on the ‘Down Arrow’, a bunch of days will come up.
If you’ve been Alerted, through the email, that Cricut is coming up, that Alert will tell you what days and times Cricut is going to be on. You can then go to this PROGRAM GUIDE, find that day and time, and click on SHOP ITEMS at the right-hand side of the page. There, you will see all the stuff Cricut is going to present, and sell, during that show slot.
This is really handy. I’ve purchased lots of stuff this way instead of waiting for the actual presentation on tv. Also, it’s very handy because best-selling stuff can sell-out so quickly by the time it’s aired. This way, you have an edge over others waiting for the presentation to buy something… when stuff goes really fast.
3. Put the stuff you like, and might want to buy, in your FAVORITES. You do this by clicking on the little Blank Heart at the top, right-hand side of the page. The Heart will turn Red when you do. This tells you it’s in your FAVORITES. Whenever that thing has a Price Reduction, is now being offered with Free Shipping, goes on Flex, or is about to Sell-Out, you will be Alerted.
These Alerts are found in a little Red Circle at the top of any page next to the ORDER STATUS icon.
Good luck next time! And I hope your boy is feeling better now.
I’m so sorry you missed getting the Cricut. I know it’s awhile to wait yet again but they seem to have specials on them every time craft shows are on. They said they are having their first full craft day March 16. I can almost guarantee you they will have another special deal on a Cricut. This one might be a better deal than what they had last night, you never know. Hopefully you can get it then. I’d start checking the price at midnight, or whenever you get up that day. Don’t wait for the presentation in case something else happens.
I hope your son is doing better today.
