Shipping Problems with HSN
I ordered 3 $80.00 handbags, and paid individual shipping charges on these. I was going to give them as Christmas presents. I recieved all 3 of them in a single box! they were crammed in together so that they were all ruined..the leather stretched out from the design of the adjoining bags, all three had to be returned. Can you imagine the disappointment! Very disappointed! Bad Quality in shipping. I will have to buy elsewhere to get gifts in time for Christmas now.
I know it is the Holiday time of the year. I am adding that I have received everything so far well made,packed and shipped from HSN
I am not happy with BLOOM’S—They did get an order here yet talk about terrible packaging.

I ordered a large reindeer pajama set and received a small coral pair. I was very disappointed!
I ordered some Christmas presents in November and still have not received them. I found out that it was sent to my old address, but I had received orders at my new address before this order. I will have to send them back since it is too late to mail them where they are going. One customer service person was very rude to me when I spoke to her about this. I may never order from HSN again.
My Wife has ordered two items in the last year, and never received either one of them.
I have been doing business with HSN for several years with only one problem, that was I ordered a item and HSN promissed delivery by Christmas, and that was a joke, I received the item mid Jan.
This is very poor business, and I will have to shop elsewhere, in stores or QVC, we have never had a problem at all with them.
P.S. I did get a cell phone fron HSN, took me two weeks to get it working because HSN did not give me a pin number with my order.
Maybe you should send your people to QVC for some training !!!
I have started to shop at the HSN Outlet in Largo, Florida so…starting 2015…I will try to order what is on the TV or online only if shipping is free.
Sorry to hear about your ruined hand bags [gifts], I’d say HSN is really going strong this year, ruining people’s holiday’s! I had ordered microfiber Concierge sheet’s, back in October for a Chtistmas gift, lucky me i decided to pull it out of the box, one day, only to discover I had been sent the wrong size, I had ordered
Queen was sent King, I sent it back and did not want an exchange, because in the mean time, I read the not so favorable review’s, I also had ordered a gift set from Lancome, it was leaky, I sent it back, did not want an exchange either, I also ordered an espresso maker, for myself, which did not warm the water enough to make a decent cup of coffee, and to makes things worse, I had to pay close to 18 to send the stupid thing back, because I was told by CS that it had been shipped directly from I don’t remember where, and they do not give a return label. I will never order gifts again, from HSN sorry to say, this year has really been a frustrating experience.
I wonder if the s/h would have added up to the weight anyway ?
Do call c/s and tell them as they are great about wanting you to be pleased.
WELL EXCEPT FOR ONE—If you get a lady who ask you the same question 3 times HANG UP-She is one bad apple—-lol
