WP Rice Cooker
Only my third time using the rice cooker that I purchased in October and it’s broken. It will not set to the cook setting. Very disappointed. Is there a manufacturer’s warranty on the product? I didn’t save the box it came arrived in. Is there a customer service phone number that I can call?

You can contact them for more information about the warranty by reaching out to the manufacturer at 1-800-275-8273. You’re also still able to return to us for a full refund. It would just need to be post marked by 1/31. You don’t need the original box to return this item and you can contact customer service at 1-800-284-3900 from 8am-1am EST to discuss all of your options.
Did you by chance have something sticky in it? Like a sticky or sweet barbeque sauce? If so, it gets "stuck" and the button will not stay on cook. Just add some water and keep trying until the button stays on.
I purchased 4 of these machines recently along with Marian Getz’s cookbooks.
I tried the Rice Pudding recipe on page 82. It was a disaster. The milk bubbled over and ran out all over the cooker, counters etc. My cooker is now destroyed. I don’t think I can get the mess out of the bottom of my cooker. This recipe must have the wrong amount of milk.
How do I contact Marian about this recipe? And I also don’t have the box anymore.
I bought it for a Christmas gift and my son told me today that it stopped working and no longer stays in the cook setting. I bought myself one and notice it pops out of the cook setting too fast. I’m very disappointed with this purchase.
