Price Reduction Please
Hello, I purchased Heidi Daus item #503-925 just the other day for $59.95 & haven’t rec’d it yet & today I see it marked down to $49.95. May I pls have my price difference. Thank you
Hi @tamrick, I did see your post regarding the M. Asam item, I really am sorry that we dropped the ball by not overriding the fee associated with the Easy Return label which caused you to be charged the fee. The thing is, since it was part of the VIP Easy Return program and the $5 that was provided for this programwas used on an order, we were unable to refund the $7.95. However, I did provide an offer of the $7.95 in Spendable Ka$h along with reinstating the $5 that you used on that as well.
Unfortunately, since the order has been placed (and I don’t want you to lose out on this item) I wouldn’t be able to apply the $10 Spendable Ka$h to the order. You can use it on a future purchase or opt for it to go back to your method of payment. Certainly your choice ☺
However, my offer for the M. Asam concern is still open as well. 😉
Thank u Krissy, just return the $10 for the price reduction to my original method of payment for the Heidi Daus item that went down in price today $10 & thank you so much for fixing the issue with the M.Asam that was not credited back to me properly in full as it was supposed to be per rep. I did issue the price guarantee to your original method of payment. Please allow 72 business hours to see the $10 reflected in your account. Also, I have issued $12.95 in Spendable Ka$h that you can use on a future purchase before it expires on 12/11/2017.

Hi, I wish I would’ve looked & saw your reply earlier as I placed an order for item #550-294 & I definitely would have used the spendable kash on that. Is it possible for you to go in & edit that order & apply the $10 spendable kash to that? Also, I am curious when I ordered it said I believe that their were only 2 left. I know the system updates at midnight est. I have had the situation happen before & ordered something early in the day, said it was mine & then the next day I got an email sold out. I really want this ring & I don’t want to lose my spendable kash. The other week I returned M.Asam Magic Finish & have paperwork & name & rep told me I would b refunded in full as the product had the consistency of dried mud & made my face itch. I even tec’d email I would rec’ve full refund yet I was only credited $17 & charged $7.95 to ship that small bottle back! So I wrote in here on the forum about it & was refused so I lost my spendable kash of $5 even though I wrote that I had the info I was to b refunded in full.
