PLEASE RELEASE THE HOLD ON MY CARD!!
I placed an order on the 12th online, this was my first time doing so. My daughter was paying the down payment for me with her card and so I entered her info for the billing, the order was cancelled the next day. But HSN is holding over $400 on her credit card. Please release this so that she can buy her kids something for Christmas.

If you want your money back ASAP call your bank and report them as fraud. You’ll get your money back ASAP instead of waiting for them to get your money back it takes 1week or 2 weeks. If you call your bank and report them as a fraud you get you money back 24 hrs
I really am sorry for the inconvenience the authorizations are causing @biggyo43 and have sent an electronic request to your financial institution requesting the funds be released. The time frame as to when the funds will become available is dependent upon their release of funds policy.
