HOW CAN YOU ORDER SOMETHING EARLY YESTERDAY. I VIEWED THE ITEM ON MY ACCOUNT ORDER YESTERDAY AFTER I ORDERED IT, THEN AFTER THEN THIS MORNING I VIEWED IT AND IT STATED "BACK ORDER". WHY IS IT NOT BACK ORDER AT THE TIME I PLACED THE ORDER AND LESS THEN 24 HRS IT REFLECTS BACK ORDER? BECAUSE OF THIS I CANCELLED ALL THE ITEMS I ORDERED THIS MORNING IN ADDITION TO THE ITEM I ORDERED THAT REFLECTED BACK ORDER.
Hello judiwonder. I’m very sorry you cancelled your orders due to a Backorder and I can tell you were very disappointed. We process many orders and sometimes the demand exceeds the expected supply. In these cases, we open a Backorder as we anticipate receiving more stock from the supplier to fulfill those orders with a minimum delay. I hope you will be shopping with us again.
I love stars and have been wishing on them since I was a little girl. I don’t actually believe that my wishes will come true, but taking a moment to look at the stars could never be considered a waste of time, if you ask me. And now that I have a son, I enjoy our time wishing on stars.
