INSULTING to My INTELLIGENCE !!!! Easier than an Apology ????
Goodness how underhanding! I ordered Deborah Lippmann Nail Lacquer 4-piece Girls Collection on Tuesday Sept 24th . Today I received an email saying-
We have received the returned item below. If you requested:
A Refund: If you did not request an exchange or in-store credit, a refund has been issued to your method of payment.
Spendable kash: If you requested an in-store credit, it has been credited to your account.
Exchange: If you requested an exchange you will receive a shipping confirmation email once it leaves our warehouse.
IT WAS NEVER SHIPPED, I NEVER RETURNED IT ! since you ran out of the product just say WE DOD NOT HAVE THE ITEM!!!! Not insult MY intelligence. LOL no offer of apology just say I returned it!
Ordered the 24th and got this insult on the 26th.
Thanks @hsn_ryan for your help and understanding and kind words. I did get another email from HSN (much more consumer friendly and was honest) It said –
Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfill your order.
We understand how disappointing this may be and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Of course I got online and ordered and a different Deborah Lippmann set.
This set is even a better deal , it was just marked way down (:
