Have any of you ever experienced anything like this….I ordered a Heidi clearance necklace hours before the airing of the most most recent Heidi clearance on hsn.com. My order was all set then a couple hours later it dropped $20 in price so I contacted customer service in chat and got the adjustment- very helpful customer service rep. The next day I get a letter saying they don’t have the inventory but are hoping that the vendor will supply more. If not, I can cancel and get a $5 rebate otherwise they will hold the order open until Septemeber 30. This was not waitlisted. Obviously there is not more stock coming on HD clearance items and I am in sort of HSN Bermuda Triangle. All of this I could understand but a friend of mine ordered the same necklace by phone about an hour or so after I made the adjustment and guess what….hers should be here in the next day or so. No one can explain to me how this happens.
That is weird! My weird thing was I ordered an item online before it aired and now the shipment is delayed and it says back ordered. This was on a duvet cover during the sheet TSV. When I ordered it it was not backordered but was in stock. Shipping has also been extremely slow.
Bermuda Triangle alright! It happened to me with Joy’s pillows. I ordered a set and then 2 of the reading pillows, and a couple of the pillow cases. Paid with paypal but the set of pillows showed processing for more than a week. When I called HSN, they told me the payment was denied. Impossible because all the others were paid with the same payment type and already delivered. Then, yesterday my ordered showed canceled! I didn’t! So I called again and the lady was so helpful in replacing the order with the same free shipping offer it was when I ordered the first time. I guess sometimes life happens.

I had a similar situation with a printer. I ordered the Canon printer early in the day in gold. Way before there was any colors sold out, wait listed or on extended delivery. The order went through and tracking was showing on my account. 4 days later I get the printer in RED?!?!?!? No email, call or smoke signal indicating that I would receive a different color than I ordered! And of course that color was sold out when I asked for an exchange. I’m super upset and it’s made me leary to order from HSN because of that.
