Disappointing Delivery and in need of assistance
I just received my order of Carol’s Daughter Gardenia Body Cleansing Cream and to say the least I was very disappointed. I may not know who did the packaging but it was spilled all inside the box all over the label and I am truly surprised anyone would have delivered like that. The bottom of the box was soggy and it looked like it was forced into the box and it must have leaked out from the top. Too bad I don’t know how to send a pic of it. So that you can see how awful it looks. How can I return it back without a label? Can I also send back the box and what’s left of the cleansing cream? Either for an exchange or refund? Please let me know what to do to fix this. Thank you!
