OK, they really tested my patience this time. I ordered the Cricut Joy and 6 items to go with it on craft day. Got 7 packages and 7 different shipping costs just like everyone else. I got thru that OK but now I ordered two blades so I would have them. Same blade – quantity of two. It came back with two shipping costs again! They are the same blade and would easily fit into a small padded envelope together. I will not buy into this system. HSN apologized again and said it’s all up to Cricut. They determine how they are going to do the shipping and they also elected NOT to let us use the easy return label. We have to pay for it ourselves. Maybe they think they won’t get so many returns. The nice customer service gal said HSN is very aware of this problem since they have gotten so many complaints and ARE working on it. But in the mean time until and if they get something done all my items are going back and in the same 12″ x 12″ box. It all fit!
Noticed that and commented on the lived feed. Someone from HSN posted a thank you for the reminder…and then it got worse. Very odd.

Posted in Forum: HSN TVI live in Broward County which has the highest rate of people positve for covid-19, and the HSN studio location area is very low, HOWEVER, they are NOT promoting the social distancing that all the world should be following, have you watched any of the shows this week?? It’s almost the complete opposite of what the Q is doing. Just because you live in a lower stat area does not mean you are immune and all the guests that come in . . wth is going on. We must all do this or we will NEVER recover and I am scared to death of this situation. The hosts and vendors are all up in each others grill. Follow the rules HSN
Yes I heard that. My entire Skinn experience on HSN is not good. It is the opposite from Evine.
There are no kits with great prices; especially the year end one he said was his gift to us.
At Evine when I didn’t order any product I tuned in for his personality. He was funny and entertaining.
Now I don’t watch much. He has changed and so has the product value. Great product – too expensive.
My question: I think he has had a neck an face lift. Opinions?
I’m glad you got it sorted. Hsn should not have sold a customer return at all,but especially not without checking it first.

Posted in Forum: HSN ArcadeI was blocked from accessing the community this morning. When I called HSN CS, they said there had been an upgrade applied last night. It only blocked me when I was logged in. I cleared my Chrome history, disconnected from internet & rebooted my iPad. Problem solved. I thought I wouldn’t be able to play trivia. Yeah! Trivia is on for tonight 😀🙌👍
Wow. That’s terrible. I think the thief must not be interested in anything I buy. I don’t buy clothing or jewellery or anything particularly expensive, and I only watch hsn on craft days and only buy the new stuff. Not any more, though, after that last craft day. A lot of it comes from Fontana, some of it sometimes comes from Piney Flats. I follow tracking for everything I buy from everyone, and the tracking virtually always has Vernon as the depot just before the most local UPS where the final delivery comes from, but my stuff has never been tampered with, thankfully. I hope they catch that thief. Nobody should have to worry about whether they will receive their purchases or what condition they’ll be in.
I am also done with hsn after the recent craft day fiasco (I didn’t buy anything, I usually buy a lot) and their high usual shipping charges, not to mention for a lot of other reasons like their lies and hard sell tactics, but I think what they mean by being inspected for quality assurance means that literally, not whether it is the correct item or not but whether the quality was okay in their estimation when they received the stock. I have a feeling they might censor some of what I’ve said. So much for freedom of speech.
Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceI wish HSN would have “free shipping” on any order. Would love to order a few things but in the past you had to order $ 75.00 or more to get that offer. “Wishful thinking” or is that a thing of the past?
I don’t have an answer for you, I’m surprised the HD line is that popular to make a TS worthwhile for her or HSN.

I get mistakes happen but my package has a big blue sticker “This package has been opened and INSPECTED by HSN Quality Assurance” and they shipped the wrong items anyway! What a JOKE! Claiming to “inspect” something and know it’s wrong, is incompetence and just bad business. Not to mention the “Craft Day” shipping charges fiasco and their shipping charges in general are a joke! Everything at HSN is going downhill. I’m done. I’m returning everything I’ve purchased the past 30 days because they no longer deserve my money!

@joshuajames, I’m sorry we don’t price match with other brands in our retail group. Price Guarantees are honored on item’s price drops within 30 days of purchase from HSN. Unfortunately, orders are unable to be cancelled at this stage.

I just purchased a GPS yesterday for $179.99 on HSN and just seen that QVC has the same one for $149.96. If not can I just cancel my order with HSN even though it already shipped?
