Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceOrdered the skinn dermapeal other day when it was suppose to be in stock. Got an email this morning saying it’s not and waiting for a restock. If it’s not then it’ll be canceled. The issue I’m having is beauty items continuously say it’s in stock when it isn’t. This has happened numerous times. Used my spendable cash and coupon for this order. The spendable cash I received for the NFL Bronco blanket that said shipped but just label created and not really shipped but charged for. That order I did cancel. HSN really needs to make sure things are stocked before posting they are. And also talk to the companies about being able to fulfill those orders.
Posted in Forum: Talk Among Yourselveswhat is going on with HSN everyone shipping?!! timings that were $49.99 electric blanket I was going to get one. when I went back on HSN to buy one, they raised it to $54.99 then again to $64.99?!! and the items didn’t sell. several items that didn’t even sell, all colors still there and they shot the prices way up dubble. I googled this and it came up that HSN is aware of the dubble price hike and everything shipping $3.50, $5.50, $7.50 this is ridiculous! I didn’t realize that they got me on $39.90 in shipping. the powers that be need to go back to Florida, take back their campus building, and start up a brand new shopping network and all their host stayed behind and those that are in PA should all return to st. Petersburg Florida campus building get all venders to follow. get former venders to return. don’t let qurate plunge them into the ground. all HSN host, higher up’s should all together sue qurate. they need to start over bigger and better. we need the HSN back that we all once loved.
well you wont like me. I used to use his products until a bottle of something to support bone health made me sick to my stomach, and it was my second bottle. the first was fine, three times in a row I actually vomited within 10 minutes or so. I was so upset because I really needed something for bone health, hsn didnt care and neither did andrew. so I dont buy from his line anymore and I feel let down. It could have been tainted or ? someone should have cared since there could have been others affected like me. I dont see it when I looked under my orders only the two books ordered like 5 years ago. I wasnt trying to make trouble for him, or hsn, i like him but somebody should have cared about my experiance and checked them out, but since no one got back to me I threw them out. every time he is on I dont watch anymore and thats too bad for me because I believed in him and now I cant. just one more dissapointment for an old woman.
Thank you for responding. Two of my orders that never shipped HSN returned the first flexpays back to my credit card. If the other 8 don’t ship by the 14th. Customer Service said they would cancel and return the first flex pay payments. Waiting two weeks or more for items to ship or not ship unacceptable.

I think she won’t be back till end of January not sure.
HSN needs to have her on a little more often.
I made three purchases from her line today, all new items.
When her jewelry is on sale it is really reasonably priced for the quality. Sometimes a piece might arrive not in the best condition, but I just send it back for a replacement it doesn’t happen that often. -
