excuse me but maybe you have to get used to the new models but I dont just as I dont have to make any purchases from somewhere that doesnt appreciate my doing so, It is your attitute that makes it easy for the hsn and others to do what they want and ignore the ones who keep them in business, and the ones like me and others who voice our opinion and why who will force change and sometimes its so much more than observing models,
Posted in Forum: FashionThere are such great vegan leathers out there, why, in this economy is Guiliana asking so much for a lamb leather blazer? I guess when you have as much money as she does, you can be tone deaf to the economic issues of the consumer. The newer vegan leathers are exactly like “real” leathers, except no animals were killed and the cost is way less. They wear just as well and last just as long.
Oh well, one less thing I have to have in my closet. I’m sure lots of people shopping at HSN aren’t furloughed federal employees or having to make decisions about either buying overpriced clothing or paying bills (of buying food, etc).
I agree…the quality of the models currently on HSN is lacking. Models showcase the product. I hate to say it, but many (not all) of the them look frozen like deer in headlights afraid to move, turn, or strike a pose. The hosts do a better job of modeling than the actual models. Come on HSN get with the program!

I beg to differ. Depending on the section of Philadelphia, as with any major city, there are some very nice sections. Whether I live in Philadelphia or not, no one should be calling anyone’s place of residence a toilet. Someone gets on here and complains any time there is a comment he/she considers offensive. Well, I consider that comment offensive and should be removed. If you don’t like Philadelphia, that is your option. Don’t put down the living areas of many people who purchase from QVC/HSN. By the way, I know W. Chester, too. Not all sections are lovely.
Since QVC also has craft supplies, I wondered if HSN and QVC would combine their stock of crafts after the move. If they did, it would take a little time before they put together a craft show or craft day.

Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceI ordered a MacBook Pro on October 14. It was defective right out of the box, the screen constantly flickered and I couldn’t even set it up. I returned it for an exchange and it was received last week. The exchanged MacBook order was cancelled but then reordered and has been sitting in packaging for the last few days. When will I get this item? I paid for it, yet I don’t have anything to show for it. It’s been two weeks now, this isn’t right. Usually the items I get from HSN and the experience has been top notch but this time around leaves a sour taste in my mouth.
