Terrible experience and still waiting!!
I ordered a MacBook Pro on October 14. It was defective right out of the box, the screen constantly flickered and I couldn’t even set it up. I returned it for an exchange and it was received last week. The exchanged MacBook order was cancelled but then reordered and has been sitting in packaging for the last few days. When will I get this item? I paid for it, yet I don’t have anything to show for it. It’s been two weeks now, this isn’t right. Usually the items I get from HSN and the experience has been top notch but this time around leaves a sour taste in my mouth.
