HSN YOU MAKE SO MUCH MONEY ON US CUSTOMERS, FIX THE GAMES OR GET RID OF THEM. IT HAS BEEN MONTHS. I PLAY KLONDIKE AND I HAVE SENT EMAILS SO MANY TIMES. I GUESS HSN YOU DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE ARCADE THEN SHUIT IT DOWN. GREAT CUSTOMERS GOING TO STOP HSN UNTIL FIX ARCADE OR FYI IT IS OVER
Posted in Forum: HSN ArcadeI CONTACTED HSN SUPPORT REGARDING ARCADE GAME NOT WORKING ANYMORE. I WAS ASKED TO SEND IN SCREEN SHOTS, ETC AND BASICALLY IT WAS A WASTE OF TIME. THEY SUGGESTED I PLAY GAMES ON GAMELAB. THERE SUPPORT DOESN’T HAVE A CLUE WHY THE GAMES ARE NOT PLAYABLE…
Posted in Forum: HSN ArcadeHSN COME ON FIX THE GAMES OR TAKE THEM OFF.I SHOP AND PLAY GAMES SE MY ACCOUNT. THIS IS MY SECOND REQUEST TO FIX KLODIKE GAME AND ANY OTHERS.
NO VERY NICE HSN WE ALL LIKE PLAYING AND SHOPPING.Posted in Forum: HSN ArcadeJust got a new laptop and now when I play arcade games I can no longer see hsn’s livestream programs. A popup message appears in the streaming area on the right side of my laptop monitor that says “sign in to confirm you’re not a bot”. I’m already signed into hsn, YouTube and google, and still can’t see livestream so I’m confused as to why I see this message and where else I might need to log in to see streaming programming. Important to note that every time I click on a game, the livestream area randomly opens and the livestream program appears then immediately closes and the popup message appears. I’m not computer savvy, can anyone out there offer suggestions as to why this might be happening and what I might do to fix it? I’ve called hsn technical report and they couldn’t help. They said they would pass the issue onto the Arcade people but I would not receive a response from them. I’ve also tried reach out to Arkadium, but received no response. Thanks so much.
Posted in Forum: HSN ArcadeDoes anyone know why you now have to sign in separately into the Arcade? I didn’t have to this morning but now I do. Is this just so they and their partners and vendors can all have access to our private information like names, addresses, phone numbers, etc.? I had already signed into HSN, but the games now require a separate sign-in.
Posted in Forum: HSN ArcadeSOMEONE SAID “IT WORKS BUT LETS BREAK IT AND MAKE IT BETTER’ WHAT A CRODK! I DO NOT LIKE YOUR NEW FORMAT OF ARCADE GAMES AND WILL NOT BE PLAYING VERY MUCH ANY MORE, THUS NOT ORDERING ANY NEW PRODUCTS. SORRY HSN, I THINK YOU LOST A VERY GOOD CUSTOMER.
