Hi, Sorry just a quick follow up message that I forgot to add in my previous message. When I applied my promo code I did the 3 Flex-Pay payment option & it said that my first payment (with TAX) would be $12.26…. Yet my first payment was $15.33. My order total that I was charged was $41.95. The correct amount should have been $33.56 (with the tax included). $8.39 price discount with TREAT25 coupon applied ($7.99 plus tax = $8.39). Which I would like to be refunded! At checkout it showed all the correct pricing with the discount applied….yet once I submitted my order something happened and my discount vanished? Was absolutely shocked to receive my order confirmation email and see that I was charged full price. I’m 100% certain that I applied this discount to my order and verified it before submitting my order.

Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceI just placed my order thru the HSN App and used the promo code TREAT25 to save 20% off of my order. During checkout I got notification that the promo code was successfully applied to my order & showed that I would save $7.99! My item went from $39.95 to $31.96. Everything was correct and submitted my order. But now I just got a email confirmation for my order and it shows that I was charged full price. I’m assuming there was a glitch and somehow my promo code wasn’t properly applied to my order. I have never had this problem before! I’m 100% certain that it said my promo code was applied (as I saw the discount myself)….yet seems when I submitted it my promo code vanished. Has anyone else had this issue with this promo code today? Can someone from customer service please apply the discount to my order? I would like to be refunded my $7.99 (plus tax). Thanks!

I thought it was just me being so disappointed with the level of decoration on the HSN sets. I’m beginning to think that this move to Pennsylvania was much more challenging than expected….and it shows thru some newer hosts being unprepared or just downright rude to vendors, items being sold not leveling up to the quality of yesteryear, or in this particular subject, the stage decorator’s ability to bring to life ANY theme related to the holidays. Some of the QVC set seems to actually look like the decorators from down in Florida are working on their sets, not the HSN sets,…..I don’t know why.
Still hoping things will turn around this year, with upcoming TS from both august & leo, and Winter Lane… maybe Mr. Christmas. HSN may need more time than that, which doesn’t thrill me.
And I really, really appreciate seasoned hosts being part of this new set up, …I’m certain this hasn’t been easy for them, either.
I have been watching less and less and less…..and it’s because of the new hosts. I ALWAYS watched all of the Beekman 1802 presentations because I love their products and they work very well for me. However, I’m even watching them less. This past weekend they kicked off their Holiday ‘25 items. I was able to watch Heather’s shows the first day (don’t remember the hosts but bearable) but I couldn’t deal with Josh & Brent’s shows the following day. This was due to the HSN hosts for J&B’s particular shows…especially the host at the end of the day with the reddish brown hair (Sarah Timm, I think?). I literally turned the 2 hour show off. I’m sure I will be watching even fewer shows going forward…..which is a good (money saving) thing.

I DID TRY to order this back in JULY, the message was the same – JOIN WAITLIST so I did and after 45 days my order was cancelled. meanwhile it seems HSN is booking orders for vaporware items. if they get an order in the pipeline helps their bottom line?
I wish safe travels tor your sister and hope she is back home for some R&R.. Your mom will really feel the time she is gone. Sounds like those two have a great time together. Wonder if there are any cruises lined up upon her return. I’m looking at one to the Orient from Cal. . Will not be making any reservations until I know hubby can enjoy it with me. That’s a huge question because the ships have just a few rooms available for the handicapped.
II hope someday you change your mind about another pet. Though I miss my cat long with the next door neighbor’s, Ziggy,, I am ready for a 4-legged friend. As soon as I can get this place in order, I will do so. It would be good for hubby also. At the moment I am looking at a service dog. We shall see.
Enjoy the foliage.. The oak trees here just either turn brown or drop their leaves. There is one maple tree about a mile from our home. So far it is still green. Weather is in the mid to upper 80s with high humidity. Rain was in the forecast everyday this week. But it fizzled. At least, for now, things are quiet on the Gulf coast as well as the Atlantic.
I’m a bit frustrated with the selection of Christmas offerings for decor so far this year as well.
Maybe it’s because of the move to PA this year that is causing the selection to be what it is….but I’ve purchased more than my share of Christmas decor from HSN in the past, especially Winter Lane and August & Leo, and what’s being offered now is unappealing to me. Hopefully there will be more variety available moving thru October and early November.Either way, I’ll still be shopping …and hopefully buying!
First, I am pleased to know that Antthony and his Mom are both healthy and well. We all love them dearly & pray for their continued health & well-being.
Antthony has been a successful designer for 30 plus years on HSN & well before then.
He has earned a loyal customer base at HSN, & we all know he worked his way up under Yves St. Laurent & others. He has designed red carpet gowns as well as lines for major department stores.
I was honored to meet him during those years in Dallas, TX. He is every bit the amazing person/soul we all see on TV in person. He is a ray of sunshine, and radiates kindness & joy just as his beautiful designs delight each lady who wears them.
Large Corporate contacts can be difficult, but I am confident HSN will work this out as quickly as possible because Antthony & his line are so valuable to the HSN Customer.
We eagerly await & will celebrate the return of ANTTHONY to HSN. We love You, Charlotte & Mom Mary💗
I also have been shopping with HSN for decades. I found it better than the Q, though my mom would have begged differently. The set designs are not always interesting and the amount of space per segment just seems cramped. I remember the first time I was able to watch HSN without the use of cable and the excitement that ensued. Then with the advent of QVC, HSN became a loose end. The owners could care less what happened to that shopping network since all $$$ were going into QVC. My mom (may she RIP) would always comment on HSN being a nothing and QVC was the Cadillac or in those days “Lord & Taylor.” She would always remark “how can anyone in their right mind purchase something from a basement store.” She didin'[t like Filene’s Basement, but give her Lohman’s, Oh MY !!!! I remember when Barry Diller came along and bought what was left prior to a bankruptcy of HSN. Things changed for the better. Good designers for clothing. Great gold and sterling pieces. Electronics and home decor were next and the rest was history. .Shopping was quite the experience. I used to spend loads and never questioned what I purchased. Today, not so much. I have found other designers where the shipping is free and so are the returns no matter what the reason. The Home Shopping Channel for the most part has been a letdown for the last three or four years. Oh, yes, I was the one who said that the move probably was because of the many hurricanes we have had over the years. But guess what, that move probably cost them more than those hurricanes and now, beginning October 1st, no taxes on a business which would help to save the necessary $$$ for better quality items, or in case of a hurricane, additional $$ to go towarss expenses. So sad.
I absolutely agree with you 100%. Especially S Graver. I used to watch her shows because she had some decent items, but when she’s on air, the host is not needed. They can’t get a word in edgewise.
As for Isaac, I really don’t look for him to be around much longer. He used to be on every Fri 12-2 with an hour or 2 here and there throughout the week. I mean, it’s not like he hasn’t made his millions from QVC. They have definitely made their $$$. Remeber when he was sold at Target? Those were made from the same materials and had resonable prices.
Since Kim Gravel has come along, they think she’s the only designer that appeals to anyone anymore. I like her, but with 100’s of thousands of items in inventory, according to QVC, you would think they could present more than just Kim, Susan, Dyson, Denim & Co, VPH and Home Reflections. QVC keeps starting all these new labels like anybody and Canyon Retreat for clothes. Why can’t they just put them under D&Co and save $$ on labels, brand ambassadors and etc.? The clothes all look the same. Same material, same designs, just different names and labels. It would certainly save them money Then again, most all the clothes from QVC looks the same and are made from the same fabrics. Just different “designers.” KG is always saying Modal is “Money, money, money,” but it’s only $$$ if it’s presented on QVC. I, like some others have stated, have bought many pieces made with Modal or 100% Modal from Macy’s, Belks, Dillard’s etc., that didn’t cost nearly as much as QVC. I’ve found that I can buy Apple products and the included accessories for much less elsewhere. They like to show big savings by showing prices with an * and their included software that very few will use. Yes, you’ve got easy pay at QVC. you also have PayPal, Klarna and several other options that have the same advantages now.
I have to give them credit for a lot of the make-up brands. No one can hold a candle to HSN & QVC in that dept.
In an article I read, the QVC CEO stated that QVC is a luxury brand. I truly believe he believes that. I believe he wants to be in the wheelhouse of stores on Rodeo Dr and 5th Ave in NY. Is it because PA is in the vicinity of NY? That’s all I can figure. The only luxury brands I can think of at QVC now is Dennis Basso and Dooney & Bourke. There are several brands with luxury price tags, but come nowhere near being a luxury brand. I wish QVC still stood for Quality, Value & Convenience. Luxury is nowhere in QVC. You can buy a lot of the items that are not “QVC” brands from Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc. Sort of reminds me of G Rancic. Ugh! I won’t go there.
Oh!!! How could I ever forget Rastelli’s and temp-tations. They really need to give Rastelli’s a break. I used to have them on auto-delivery, but if you live in the south, they refuse to put enough dry ice in the ice chests to keep the food frozen. I hate they are shipping for Curtis Stone. They ruined my order of crab cakes. They were, not warm, but hot and discolored in the ice chest. There was not a single piece of dry ice put in the ice chest. The smell was sickening. When I called CS, I told them if Rastelli’s is shipping the food, I won’t have anything shipped unless it’s winter.
Sorry for the long rant. Just my 2 cents.
