Where are the facebook live shows
I have been waiting for months for a warm and cozy item to come back from last year. I have tried everything I can think of to find out if it will come back this year It is a blanket/pillow child’s character set. I have tried to catch a facebook live to be able to ask Ellen Bunner if it is coming back and they seem to have done away with the FB lives. I wish they would offer some way to be able to ask questions about products. Customer service has no answers beyond what you can find yourself online. The program guide for today’s warm and cozy shows are all the same products for all of the shows. Since HSN has started limiting the length of recall on items ordered list I can’t look back and see when it was purchased last year. I use to be able to see past purchases for a year or two, now I think it is three months. A bad change for lots of reasons.

Agree. Their website is really in need of updates. Why can’t you see your orders from more than 6 months ago? Makes no sense. Their favorites list won’t let you favorite 2 colors of the same item. And the home screen won’t let you easily see items from the past show.

You can save items to your Favorites & Brand Alerts to keep an eye out. Typically, vendors bring in new items when they are Live so you can always check ahead of time under our Program guide.
