I cannot get into the games. Tried different browsers and cleared cache but can only get onto the shopping page and not arcade games.

fix the games or shut them down. hsn you want us to buy from you and offer games. why they are and do not work. as a hsn longtime customer and arcade player this stinks.

IKEA ad sits on the games, prevents playing

I’m so tired of this particular ad. It’s right on the “play” button, so you can’t tap play. Then it’s positioned on top of the game, interfering with trying to play a game. It acts like spam or a virus. It’s hard to not accidentally touch the ad while trying to play a game. It’s caused me to get low scores or lose the game. There’s a small black X to close it, but it comes back immediately. It’s extremely difficult to try and play a game and deal with this ad at the same time. I’m constantly trying to avoid touching the ad, which causes me to lose my concentration on the game. ARCADE TEAM, please get rid of this ad.

I’m sorry for the trouble you’ve had playing games in our arcade. There is a Support link to the left of each game to contact Arkadium who manages our games and advise them of the particular problem and the method by which you access the arcade. I would also suggest trying a different web browser to play if this an option for you.

I CONTACTED HSN SUPPORT REGARDING ARCADE GAME NOT WORKING ANYMORE. I WAS ASKED TO SEND IN SCREEN SHOTS, ETC AND BASICALLY IT WAS A WASTE OF TIME. THEY SUGGESTED I PLAY GAMES ON GAMELAB. THERE SUPPORT DOESN’T HAVE A CLUE WHY THE GAMES ARE NOT PLAYABLE…

I didn’t see hubby yesterday nor did I work on the house. I needed a cool down period so I would not fly off the handle in front of hubby or elsewhere. Instead I worked a jigsaw on Kindle, played a few games in the Arcade and did some reading. All this just to have a few moments of peace.

The food that hubby enjoyed came from the kitchen. I have no idea if the slip with the food had his name. I assumed that all my calling and talking came to fruition. It was a memorable time and I stayed longer than I should have to make sure there were no coughing spells or trips to the hospital. I am now getting ready to jump into a shower, dress and drive to see hubby. Not sure what the outcome will be when I get there. If I am not permitted to visit, then there will be repercussions that the rehab facility will need to face. The new head to the Unit who is also an RN thinks I am trying to kill my husband. What they do not understand is that I watch what hubby eats and know farewell that he can tolerate foods that are soft. I also note that the food on his plate is not enough to sustain him from one meal to another. The RN on duty says that all cookies should be pureed. Did you ever try eating sandpaper????LOL

Yes, it’s an arcade game. They are actually every minute and a half – so 25% of the time an ad is running.

arcade word wipe not working

Seems that there is a glitch in the word wipe game. It will not give the 2 bonus bombs and will not let you start a new game.

The repeated same ads are a real turn off. They should put those in charge in a room and watch it over and over again. At this point, I would not purchase a garage make over or others.An overkill on your ads.

After playing a few games, the website will not load games.
i click on the arcade connect I get shopping items.
