I totally agree that HSN has really gone downhill fashion wise. In the past few years they lost so many brands like Skinny Girl, Brittany Humble,Wavvy. Now there’s no more Iman or Anthony. I have lots of DG2 but like you said how many pairs of jeans can you wear. Marla Wynn is very expensive and I don’t always like her style. HSN really needs to get lots more fashion and stop running the same programs over and over. . I can watch in the morning and the afternoon is repeating the same stuff into the evening.
It’s not much help when the show host only tells how tall the model is and the size she is wearing. No mention of garment measurements, which to me is important. When it comes to jackets, most of the models are wearing at least a size too small, so they are not in their correct size anyway. Many of them couldn’t even come close to buttoning what they are modeling. Maybe sizes in the dressing room are limited so they have to wear whatever is available.
As far as Marla’s fashions, I purchased a pair of grey jeans a couple of months ago and I hate them. No give in the waist, baggy everywhere else, and too short like flood pants. I haven’t bought any of her clothes since that debacle.
I tend to agree with you. To a certain point. I disagree with you about the two designers I don’t really like C wonder. His clothes are over priced and a little Golden girls. Not my taste. And Sebastian is totally not me. It’s like lady’s who lunch. I do like DG2 but, agree. How many jeans does one need. The remaining designers are mediocre. I always have problems with fit. From both of these clothing lines. So yes quality has diminished. I definitely have reduced my spending with HSN AND QVC.
I have found Liz Clairborne at JCPenney’s. The Sara slim cut. They come in petite, average & tall. I love them. St John’s Bay jeans. They don’t bag out. I do have to hem some of them. Too many people don’t realize what they are missing. They only shop online. If I don’t have an order that’s over $50.00, I just have them shipped to the store for free. Liz Clairborne has some beautiful sweaters!
I have so many DG2 jeans it’s crazy. I find they stretch out in all the wrong places. I wish I could get Iman jeans. I love them. I have to buy tall & have them altered because they are too long. By the time I got to wear them, it was too late to return the DG2. Something has changed. Maybe the fabric. I will never buy virtual stretch again. The classic stretch is better. I still have to have them hemmed.

I also took a closer look at your account and noticed that three items were ordered and then canceled on 1/2/26. They were one pair of DG2 jeans and two beauty items from Skinn and Nakery. I’m sharing this just in case it helps explain part of what you’re seeing.

I totally agree. I turned the volume off so I would not have to listen to her talk over Dimitri. Then she started swinging her hips trying to get attention in any way possible. She tried that same move the other day with the DG2 jeans. Not interested Tina. Now back to throwing her arms all over the place. Have never seen a person who cannot talk without using their arms.
I totally agree! I have several pair of his jeans and several of his dresses. I wore one of his dresses out to dinner and two strangers stopped me to ask who I was wearing! The styles are unique, the fabric he uses is higher end, the pricing for the quality can’t be beat. I truly hope Christian will continue to be an HSN vendor. I also like the spokesperson who appears when Christian cannot (he used to be a buyer for a top store for years). The presentations are thoughtful and informative about styling etc. Please HSN keep C Wonder coming!
Posted in Forum: Talk Among YourselvesI am amazed at how fast I received my exchange for a smaller size. Saturday morning the 10th I did an online exchange for a smaller size. They arrived on the 13th!! I haven’t opened them yet as I was having a knee replacement yesterday. I will hold them up to my other 18WT. It’s strange but the chambray & gray run smaller. I went with a 20WT with them. I guess I will have swelling on my left knee. I’m 72 years old & skintight jeans are not for me. I have 3 pair of the cuffed two in gray & one indigo. I will be hemming them when I can. I took a 18wt in all three. The tall in the ankle style is just right for me. I wouldn’t want them longer they cover my foot. Just right for all my shoes & boots.
The slim fit that I ordered are not skin tight. I’m too old for that so I sized up. I ordered my normal size in the cuffed. The difference in the waist is one inch. I can tell you the gray in both styles ran a bit smaller. Still not tight. Comfortable for me. They don’t bag out like my DG2 jeans seem to lately. I ordered tall as I always do & I have long legs. The slim “ankle” jean hits the top of my foot. I was afraid they would be too short. I’m very happy with them so far. I’m hoping the cuffed shrink up. If not, I will hem them. The material is soft too. The black ran a bit big. They are really dark black. I ordered a size down. I’m having knee surgery soon & I will keep the bigger black. If you order them I think you will like them.

People mention the waist is tight. I ordered one in my regular size & one a size up. I can always make them smaller. I am tall so I usually order tall jeans. Then I have to hem them because they are too long. I really would appreciate any advice you can give. tem # 841-319.
I sent a message to CS about that yesterday. I’m not buying clothing without a garment specific chart. Today it’s even worse. They have also taken down the reviews on many garments. The size charts at least give you a clue for sizing. I hate the size down or size up idea. Just make the apparel in the size it should be. I wouldn’t be here if I didn’t need tall jeans. I am going back to a store that I can order tall pants & tops from. Free shipping & free returns!
