I’m very disappointed in HSN’s jewelry offerings. I’ve spent hours searching for things I like and can afford. I’ve found a few things, but not much. If you search “leverback earrings” you’ll find 17 items, half of them I can’t afford. I miss vendors like Victoria Wieck, Michael Anthony, and others. I used to love the Absolute brand, but now they don’t have much to offer. I miss the Technibond line. I’ve been watching JTV and they are more like HSN used to be. Lots of colored gemstones, usually created or CZ’s, at reasonable prices.
Posted in Forum: JewelryI ordered 740-451 Absolute Leverback Earring. They looked sunstantial especially the earwire part when presented on TV and from what I could see when they were on the earring display.
Much to my dismay after they arrived..the earwire part was quite the opposite. It was really lightweigt + flimsy but the stone presence part was beautiful so I opted to keep them. They maybe weren’t going to be my go to favorite but I would wear them. Sadly a week of normal wear of putting them on taking them off one earwire leverback part completely snapped off. I was really bummed. I ordered another pair thinking this was a one off random event. Sadly AGAIN…the new pair arrived with one leverback totally bent in the baggie and the other one off center and doesn’t close properly or easily!! I’m beyond annoyed. The first pair I chalked it up to maybe I broke it being to forceful closing the leverback..but to get a pair of earrings all crunched like that really is disappointing. . The mailer was in pristine condition. You can usually tell when a package has been crushed or put through the wringer!! The earrings were in the little gray drawstring bag. They were definitely shipped from HSN in that condition. Sad to say they have lost me as a jewelry customer. I’m spending my jewelry budget money @JTV

I own a lot of Grandidierite and purchased most of it from one company that supplies HSN, ShopLC’s parent company. I’m guessing ShopLC’s parent company supplied the necklace shown on 17 Nov because I own that exact necklace and two matching bracelets. I also have many faceted rings, earrings, and tennis bracelets in this stone. If you love this stone, like I do, check out ShopLC and also JTV, they have plenty of choices.
Love JTV, don’t love costume jewelry, though her things are very pretty.
I loved her shooties and clothing items more than her costume offerings.
I am more than sure she will rock the casbah on JTV, and she’ll adore the hosts, they’re a certified hoot!
