@sweeny22, I’m sorry that this game isn’t working right. May I ask what, specific problems you are seeing? I would be happy to report this to the arcade team directly. Also, please include the medium you are using and the browser.Reply

HSN_ANGELA, HERE IS A COPY OF A POST I MADE ON THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FORUM ABOUT FLIP OUT….AND AS HSN_KRISSY SAID ,,,,I HAD MADE OTHER POSTS BEFORE THIS ONE. THIS JUST HAPPENS TO BE THE FIRST TIME THEY PUT FLIP OUT AS GAME OF THE WEEK! THIS ONE WAS FROM 8/28/20!!!!! I dont know how to link so you will have to find it without that.Please do not insult our intelligence and pretend that today is the first time anyone has heard of this problem!
I am using Chromebook, bought on HSN, and Fire tablets bought on HSN, and a Lenovo desktop with Windows. All had Flip Out working then they stopped.
Also do not say to clean cache and cookies. This is done regularly. Tooooo many players are having the same problems with Flip Out to be on our side…just look at the scores…top score should be 49,000,,,,but that cannot be reached due to the game freezing after 1, maybe 2, maybe 3 levels, sometimes the very last level.GAME OF THE WEEK HAS NOT WORKED IN MONTHS

I cant believe (or maybe I can) that you actually made game of the week FLIP OUT which has not worked in months maybe 6 months??? Pathetic! I complained about it several times, then many others have complained. And it still does not work. The game freezes, you cannot finish the game. Top score for this game is 49,000 but no one gets that score. Can your techs really not figure out how to fix it? Or have they even tried? I stopped playing games here when you took my favs away and when you wouldnt fix Flip Out. There are too many other sites to play at. I do check now and then to see if Flip Out has been fixed. I still have millions of tickets built up so I can still enter the alternate way. But its not worth the frustration of playing here or rather trying to play here. And its obvious that no one cares.Reply

Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceMods, I sent an email to customer service on 6/10/20, and got a reply from Nicholas. He was going to forward my (an many other players complaints/problems with the game) to the tech team. Not sure if it made it there or not. Could you please send another request in to get the games straightened out. Seems to have started around the time that the new games were released. And reading the forum, there are other games that have problems too. Here is what is happening on Flip Out……..Flip Out just started not working in the last day or 2. The pictures are no pictures and says “image coming soon” (hard to play that way…then it locks up in the 3rd or 4th round. Yes I have cleared my cache and cookies. Flash is working even though this game does not use Flash. I asked on the forum and at least 1 other person is having the same problems. Now there have been others having the same problems. The same problems are happening on my CHromebook which the OS is Chrome, and on my 2 Fire tablets. I have been playing on these devices for over 6 months with no problems till the last day or 2…….And its obvious that there is a problem because the top scores at this time is 49,000, but for 2 or more weeks the top scores are only in the 30,000’s because the game freezes and you cannot finish the game to get to 49,000. (Where I said it has messed up in the last day or 2 that was from my email to customer service on 6/10/20.

Posted in Forum: HSN ArcadeI started having problems playing certain games a couple weeks ago, and recently sent a message to the Help Center. I received a message from a tech advising that the HSN apps were retired for Apple and Android TABLETS. However, I usually play the Arcade games via the website on my iPad Air 2. So, I wasn’t playing through the app, but I just checked for the HSN app on my iPhone, and only found the HSN Shopping app ~ which doesn’t have the Arcade! I can still play certain games via the website on my iPad, but not games that require FlashPlayer (Today’s Special Jigsaw, Trizzle, etc.). However, I was able to play these before, so I don’t see why they had to make this change to the website Arcade (if they realize they did). I’ve sent another message to the Help Center about this, since they didn’t respond to that particular issue from my first message.
Anyway, I’m wondering how all you frequent gamers play ~ does anyone play via the website? On an iPhone? If so, which iPhone and which HSN app? Other methods? Any problems?
