I must admit I am a little nervous about HSN moving to PA. I know that at first, there will be little to no change, but eventually, it will change. I shop at both HSN and QVC. I spend thousands yearly on shopping with HSN and QVC. I think HSN is much better in terms of pricing, and the hosts are more informative. I do think QVC should model after HSN. I like the host on QVC, but what was said in some of the other posts is true. Sorry, I don’t mean to hurt anyone’s feelings. HSN is my favorite, but the former shopping network Shop HQ, which went out of business, was more informative with product information. I wish all the hosts, both on QVC and HSN, much success. What happened to the models on HSN? I miss them. Sorry, the models on QVC are not as good at modeling clothing as HSN models. I just don’t know what it is. There is no personality there. I’m sorry that some of the models didn’t make the move. I hope that HSN keeps giving us great, affordable products

I’ve trimmed my ordering from HSN and QVC. Main complaint is the unprofessional misinformed hostesses talking over the merchants, getting in the way of the models giving inaccurate information, which requires sooooo many returns. Probably that’s how they make money off of us customers. Please sit down and study your info cards before air time. Another concern is “ordering” while on air.
I miss the models they had when HSN was in Florida. I’m not sure if they’re sharing models with QVC or not or if they went out and hired new models specifically for HSN. I am not a fan at all.
Kenya posted that she is having a moving sale for many of her clothes. I remember that Sam Saboura said that we would hear from Kenyah herself. Could she be moving to West Chester, Pennsylvania? I think this may be a possibility. We will soon find out. Colleen said that HSN was working on hiring plus models. In the meantime, maybe they could borrow Morgan from QVC. She is a 1X and Heather is a 2X.
Also, I think some of the QVC models will now work on HSN instead, like Katia! So maybe you can recognize them and like to watch them.
I’m sure the move has been hard for everyone and it will get better!
Posted in Forum: FashionI am currently looking at Hsn on air. It is very disappointing and sad. I miss seeing the pure professional models of Kenya, Victoria and many more. Well good bye to many hsn shoppers as I have been with hsn for over 30 years. I told my friend that we should get as much of Iman’s items as she departed from Hsn. Antthony is still around so is Colleen. I remember the Terry Lewis days and now this.
Just my few cents of words.

It is a not easy nor possible for everyone to uproot their lives to make this move, which many people don’t think about. While I buy from both QVC and HSN, I’m happy to know that HSN will continue. Posted in Forum: FashionI have been a customer of HSN and QVC for several years. I like them both. I wish them all the best in their new home in PA. Change is generally hard for everyone, but as time goes by,people generally adjust to the change. There is one thing that I hope improves at the new location in PA. That is the number of models who show the clothes and yes other things. At HSN-FL, I remember at least 4 Plus size models, and 12 regular size models, probably more. The ones I remember most,are the models that I remember by name.As I said I wish HSN- PA, the very best. I’m looking forward to seeing what lays ahead.
I have watched and been a customer of HSN for over 30 years. Our whole world is changing and I am not surprised by the move since QVC does own HSN. I will miss the hosts and most of all my favorite models Victoria, Kenya, Diana, and Ingrid. I especially loved the way they presented the clothing showing the front and back views which is important when I am purchasing an item. Also it helps tremendously to know what size the models are wearing. Please pass the information forward in the future. Good luck to going forward and much success. It was very unnecessary for those of you to make and nasty and personally nasty comments.
Posted in Forum: FashionThe models that guide my HSN purchasing decisions were left behind in Florida. Kenya, Carol and Victoria allowed me to see just how the clothes would look or fit on my body. This change will no doubt really limit the clothing that I purchase from HSN. Now I will have to go into the HSN Retail Store to try on things.
I have not seen any PA HSN TRAINED models that will convince me to make a clothing purchase. This is both serious and sad because I loved to purchase things for myself and others online. My daughter is also a focused HSN shopper that feels let down. This change/move may work out for QVC, but the HSN shoppers that I know are not impressed. Shopping on QVC.com is not an option for us.
Okay, I have crowned a new model as my personal favorite – Laurie, who rocked the G by Guiliana show at midnight! She was on G’s first shows on HSN and she’s back! She’s gonna be used for all the TS, mark my words!
Note: this was written partially (mostly) in jest! But Laurie was awesome, and reminded me why HSN models blow most of the QVC models out of the water.

I felt for the chorus show today. They had the same two models that need so much help! I don’t remember their names but the little African-American girl was bent over barely had any of the suds to wash her leg didn’t even wash the knee and all I saw was the top of her unkept head. They didn’t even style her hair it was everywhere! If I didn’t already love k o r r e s I would not have ever even thought about buying their product. The vendors need to stand up and do something because obviously HSN upper management isn’t going to. As far as that goes whoever’s training them should have been in PA months ago training these models and letting them cut their teeth on QVC actually.
I try to not be superficial but the models now on HSN are extremely unprofessional. In their appearance, modeling techniques, and general performance. Kenya, Victoria, Brooke, etc gave HSN a professional look.
Another point that I wanted to make is that QVC is more expensive than HSN. I used to shop at QVC and purchased Royal Dalton, Waterford Limoges China.
My last point that I want to make is that QVC can’t compete with Jay King, G by Guilina, and Curtis Stone… just to mention a few.
I have been asking the same question, but I do not see any information about any of the models relocating. I think some do it part time and have other jobs so probably not.
I have heard the hosts mention that they have other jobs & do this on the side.
I totally disagree with the other comments about fashion the designers on HSN can’t compare to the designers on QVC and also the way they dress the models on QVC is a lot better.
Most of the time the models on HSN have ill-fitting clothes.
QVC hits it out of the park with sizing and quality in clothing compared to HSN.
