It is HSN’s fault and only their fault if there are not sizing charts available for G’s merchandise. G is saying her size because she is trying to be informative. It is the HOSTS JOB to let you know what sizes they are wearing and the models not G’s.
HSN needs to take lessons from QVC as far as having all sizes in everything meaning SIZES FOR Tall, Petites and Regulars and all models in all sizes SHORT & TALL AND REGULAR but HSN REFUSES TO GIVE THEIR CUSTOMERS EXCEPT FOR A FEW CUSTOMERS WHAT THEY ASK FOR OVER AND OVER AGAIN.
THEY NEED TO BE MORE INFORMATIVE AND THEY NEED MORE INTELLIGENT HOSTS.
QVC LISTENS TO THEIR CUSTOMERS NOT THE VENDORS WHO SELL ON THEIR SHOW IF YOU WANT TO BE A REGULAR SELLER ON QVC YOU HAVE TO LISTEN TO WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS OR YOU WILL NOT BE SELLING ON QVC. HSN IS JUST THE OPPOSITE THEY CATER TO THIER VENDORS NOT THE CUSTOMER.
My husband and I thought Sonya was the best model on HSN Florida. Her tall, slender/athletic body never looked bad in any outfit she ever presented, but for some reason Kenya seemed to get all the glory. Maybe Kenya will eventually move to Pennsylvania if HSN pays her enough!
She was (and still is) a good model but no one is so good I would gush over them. The new models who are on HSN now are fine with me. I rarely purchase clothes anymore anyway. They are too expensive on HSN or QVC.
Absolutely it matters! and QVC has kept all of their models in place.
I agree. The QVC hosts, many of them, are unwatchable. The behave like they are some kind of “influencers” and “stars”. Many of them have “lost the plot” as the saying goes. I always liked HSN and find myself watching more. I am willing to give the new hosts, models and production staff time to settle in and refine their presentations.
I like the qvc models but most of the new HSN models don’t look happy to be there, they don’t bring any life to the product. Some are ok but most are not, I see they are bringing up some of the Florida models for some shows. Thank you HSN!
I AGREE WITH EVERYTHIG. I WAS WATCHING HSN ON TV AND I FELT LIKE I WAS WATCHING QVC. THE HOST THE MODELS EVERYTHING IS NOT HSN AND I DON’T LIKE IT. I STOPPED WATCHING QVC LONG AGO AND HERE AGAIN I’M WATCHING THEM. THE OLD HSN HOST ARE DRESSING DIFFERENTLY, THEIR HAIR , THE MAKEUP . THE MODELS LOOK LIKE QVC THE NEW HOST LOOK LIKE QVC AND I NOTICE HSN INVOICE IS FOR BOTH HSN AND QVC. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
all I know is some of the models dont look like models and if you cant do a job your hired for you shouldnt be doing it, what is this about feelings and mean people? its a place to voice your opinion good or bad and turning the channel shouldnt be the answer and qvc wouldnt want you to since how is that good for business huh. you fluffy people should wake up since all thats happening in the world isnt nice a lot of it. this whole social media isnt nice. being able to complain is one of the only nice things about it so dont expect sugar coating if truth is what were supposed to write. truth is hsn isnt the same fun place it was but i knew once qvc got involved it would change to the more all business straight face no fun kinda place where they stay on items so long you get bored and clearance is a joke since they dont mark down and re mark down enough. anyway i think if enough people notice a problem with an employee that by posting those remarks could actually save that persons job if they read it and listen and take it for what it is. It can make them better at the job and then they can get positive reviews. goody

THE MODELS THE STUDIO AND SOME OF THE NEW HOSTS. IT DOESN’T LOOK LIKE THE OLD HSN ANYMORE BUT THEY ARE TURNING THEM INTO QVC 2. I KIND OF FEEL LIKE I’M WATCHING QVC INSTEAD OF HSN. IT’S ONE THING THAT THEY HAD TO MOVE BUT ANOTHER WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO CHANGE THEM INTO YOU.
I do not watch QVC much. I mostly watch HSN. I have seen some of the QVC models in the stills for new HSN clothes. That makes me happy.
I only saw it because someone posted on QVC forums.
Michelle said she’d be back as a model, which made me laugh considering the endless wailing about models. 🙂
My observation is that models with personality get job offers. Yaz probably moved on to bigger and better things.
I can’t remember her name, but there was a model on QVC several years ago that was super cute and funny. One of the other models took a dislike to her and got her fired. That’s another possibility.
HSN NEVER HAD ALL SIZE MODELS ONLY QVC HAS ALL SIZE MODELS AND SELLS A LOT OF PETITES AND TALL. HSN MOSTLY HAD TALL AND BIG MODELS SOME SKINNY AND VERY RARELY DID THEY SHOW A PETITE MODEL ONCE IN AWHILE.
THEY NEED A REVAMPING OF THEIR HOSTS AND MODELS THEY ARE ALL OVER THE PLACE AND THEIR HOSTS ARE A MESS.
Posted in Forum: FashionIt is so sad since HSN moved!!! No plus size models, all skinny. Before had variety of models showing clothes on diff sizes, also tall, reg, petite models. Its like the awful way QVC does there show kinda. QVC just has pre taped tall skinny models not even in studio.
It seems QVC has destroyed what a wonderful shopping show HSN use to be. Now it seems I cant even get HSN, QVC in antenna TV. Iam not privledged like some people! I cant afford cable, streaming because have to buy several to see a few shows. I dont even have good internet.
Guess I wont be shopping here anymore if you make it harder for someone to access your show & really went downhill. Now seems having hosts be host & model more than before.
Oh & some of the designers dint want to have petite sizes & the lengths are seriously way to long, like on tall people can wear, not even reg. I cant & wont be altering everything because expensive! O guess you just want tall, skinny, rich women buying your clothes now. Iam sorry for HSN that QVC is dragging you down. They should of used your previous show as the perfect model for shopping network for womens fashions.
I had previous issues with HSN being decietful & ripping me off by forcing me to use spendable kash. That is a whole other hugh issue

Same studio.I don’t mind it. I shop both equally and the QVC models are fantastic.
