That’s the reason I can’t buy DG2 anymore. After you sit in them when I get up, I feel like having to pull them up all the time. I found two pair in clearance in the new classic stretch. They don’t bag as much. I still will need to alter them. They were from a year ago I believe. I wish HSN would make sure that Sam knows these aren’t working anymore!

A ton of my favorites are gone and seem to be no longer available! Most all of the items missing were home items with shipping of 5.50 or 7.50. Very strange and if this doesn’t get fixed before free shipping is over but re- appear afterwards that would be very suspect. The items I had saved were items that were like 9.99 on clearance and had like 7.50 shipping so I had them in favorites specifically waiting for a free shipping day. They were home or outdoor decorating items that were winter and fall themed.

Yessss! There was a pretty floral blouse I kept debating on and then it went to clearance and they no longer had my size😬 I’m still upset about not getting it…. she had such a good line!! Will definitely miss it!

I’m glad you remember too! I wish I’d bought some back when prices were a lot cheaper. I’m eyeing the phone bag on clearance but trying to figure out if I’d really use it. So pretty tho.

Good Evening I did find some great deals but the 10% off were for clearance that I had
in my favorite list. I have lost a lot of weight and I am trying to get things that fit.I will donate what I don’t need in my closets. I like giving to women who are getting jobs
and need help with a wardrobe and my clothes are not cheap. My three daughters said
during the summer they will come home and help me declutter a lot of stuff. LOL!We are trying to help my brother and his wife with this cancer and keep things normal.
Taci I took a minute for myself and I brought some Skinn Products last month and I love it.
I decided to go there with my makeup and it was stunning I forgot how much I love
makeup. I think a dab of lipstick and some mascara can go a long way. 💕
I know in a couple of months hubby and I will be at the Market buying fresh flowers to
plant the cats love it. 😘💕

call in an order with customer service I needed help this weekend with the 10% off
clearance and they did a great job correcting the total amount. I am a happy camper.I made a lot of shopping sites happy. 💕🎈😎

I am really upset with HSN for the first time. I took advantage of the 10% off clearance offer and ordered two items which reflected the discount in my cart when orderedj. They then reverted to the original clearance price when I checked later. I had read that they would go back to the discounted price when charged to my card. They have now shipped and the discount has not been applied. I just checked my credit card online and they are billed at the regular clearance price. This is false advertising of a sale and I am VERY unhappy.

Definitely was hoping for a FS day. The 10% off clearance is frustrating when the discounted price shows up when put in the bag and then after the order is placed reverts back to the regular clearance price. HSN says they’ll discount it again – hopefully sometime before it appears as a charge on the credit card – but it’s just not a good feeling. I cannot understand at all why they choose to do the discount this way and would love to be enlightened.

Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceThe 10% off on clearance today states that the discount will be applied at checkout, which does show that it is being applied at checkout, but then when I check my orders, it doesn’t show up anymore and the original clearance price was charged. Is this a glitch sitewide? If so, all of your customers are seeing the discount at checkout, and then being charged the original clearance price.

Thank you very much. I will try those tips in the future. The item I was trying to find was a dress Amy was wearing last night. I manually searched it today and was able to figure out it was a Christian Siriano clearance item dress.
