You are correct that Wei resurfaced about a year ago. I know because I purchased that eye cream…NUTTIN HONEY. Did nothing for me. However, I understand and acknowledge I am just one person. Others may have had an entirely different experience. What if each vendor was given a quota? What if each vendor, unbenouced to us, had to sale a certain dollar amount per quarter? Maybe some folks aren’t cutting it. I’m not siding with HSN, I know just because I like a particular vendor and maybe even my 50 friends, it doesn’t mean that particular vendor is lucrative enough to keep. Sometimes we’re delusional. We think if our closest friends agree, that equates to EVERYONE or. THE MAJORITY. It does not. It only reflects you and your tiny world. We’re not privy to the sale stats of the vendors. Some vendor in my opinion don’t even have “cross over” ability. Meaning, their fashion would appeal to daughter, mom and grandma. Some vendors are strictly grandma. The questionable ones “in my opinion” are, Slinky and Atthony. To me, they are NOT cross generational…Maybe we don’t know, what we don’t know when it comes to all of this.?.?!!
Yes,folks–it looks like Slinky is one of the latest casualties. I too have Maggie Sweet and Carolyn Strauss, Tiana B.,Storybook Knits,Liz Lange, tons of Slinky and other brands that have fallen by the wayside lately such as Nicky Butler, Elysee, Serious Skin Care,Victoria Wieck, Wei East(who had tried a comeback about a year and a half ago),Three Birds crafts, Joy Mangano and many others. It is sad to see so many of my favorites gone. I sure hope we never lose Andrew Lessman and Prai and Dr Nassif and Antthony and Diamond Press crafts. I thought we were going to lose Signature A last year–I’m glad that didn’t happen,but we’ve lost so many great brands. It is very sad.
For those who did not know, Wei East attempted to make a come-back about a year and a half ago. I was very glad because I love her Eyes Alive as do all my female relatives. Now with the new combined ownership of HSN and QVC,many of our brands are no longer able to compete and/or the business relationship has been unfavorably altered for many brands who are leaving such as Serious Skin Care, Elysee, Slinky, Joy Mangano , Nicky Butler, Victoria Wieck, to name a few. It is very sad that the new ownership is having a negative impact on so many of my favorites over the past 30 years that I have loved HSN.
I have a closet full of slinky. If anyone hears where she will be available, please post so we can find her. My favorite designer.
I will also miss Slinky. Their fashions were on trend and very wearable. I really liked the 95 poly/5 spandex fabric. It was easy care and great for traveling. The brand fit well. I always thought Slinky provided value. I especially liked the 2 packs of pants, tanks and 3 piece sets. I also liked that many of the clothes were made in the USA. Thanks Slinky for all the great fashions!! I think 3/4 of my closet is Slinky!! I hope that HSN will bring your brand back!
I inquired today.Slinky is NOT coming back. Much too secretive. Must be a legal dispute or something. I will miss slinky.
It takes a little getting use to butI like Jackie and I LIKE Slinky! First Joy Mangano and Iman then slinky and now Anttony! Ilike Marla Wynn but I can’t afford her clothes. I agree ! Let’s have them all back, not just Iman!
I love Slinky Brand. Loved the jacket and tank sets. I started out with original slinky and after years, they are still beautiful and in style. The newer chiffon and the “light weight” slinky is also nice.
If they’re gone, I’ll miss this line..
Maybe QVC or Shophq will pick up Slinky.

well it is spring time and summer is coming…where is our slinky??
I have been wearing Slinky every day for the last couple months. Such a nice comfortable feel and I always look pulled together. Though I am not going out much, I still want to look nice. I have bought so much clearance I am set for life. It is so nice to be able to wash and hang to dry and never need ironing. Added bonus is they dry within a couple hours.

Slinky has been great all the time, but especially now they have been perfect. I’m really hoping HSN brings this line of clothing right away. I miss buying Slinky clothing for the Spring and Summer.
I like Susan Graver’s liquid knit line, too, but her prices are crazy high! She doesn’t do as many printed jackets either, which is what I miss the most from Slinky. Jackie always brought new seasonal prints for spring/summer and fall/winter with coordinating tanks. I do hope that Slinky clothes are available on some online platform in the near future.
HSN and QVC are all part of the same ownership group now, so it’s unlikely that she would move to QVC for that reason, too.
