I don’t know how to write my disgust at QVC. The Christmas decorations on the HSN set is so awful compared to the QVC set. Every time I watch HSN, I look at their decoration and I get so upset. It’s so “Rinky dink”. I’m not sure if it’s the decorators of if QVC is giving them hand-me downs. That pink plastic wreath with the ugly green ribbon is awful, sometimes ribbon is on the top and then it’s on the bottom. Another set only had small xmas trees on the shelf.

HSN_barb……….maybe you could go and read in the Beauty blog the post “Dimitri” there are some unnecessary post in that Blog. Such ugliness should not be allowed. I know that people should be allowed to post their views and thoughts………..but there are limits. Thats what is wrong people think they should be ALLOWED……… giving no thoughts to what they post! I’ve said enough!

What a bummer, glad I got the notice. Two of them were for gifts and I had to contact who I gave it to. Hope everyone got the HSN notice that bought them.

Remembering Suzanne Marie Somers (née Mahoney; October 16, 1946 – October 15, 2023)
She was an American actress, author, and businesswoman, who played the television roles of Chrissy Snow on Three’s Company (1977–1981) and Carol Foster Lambert on Step by Step (1991–1998).Somers wrote more than 25 books, including two autobiographies, four diet books, and a book of poetry. She was also well known for advertising the ThighMaster, an exercise device. While 14 of her books were best sellers and most were focused on health and well-being, doctors criticized her promotion of bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and alternative cancer treatments.
Somers gained widespread fame playing the bubbly, naive secretary Chrissy Snow in Three’s Company (1977–1981). She was fired from the show after demanding a salary equal to her male co-star, John Ritter.
She later returned to television, starring in the first-run syndicated sitcom She’s the Sheriff (1987–1989)
The successful sitcom Step by Step (1991–1998) saw her return to ABC’s primetime lineup, starring opposite Patrick Duffy.

Where I used to listen more than watch, I now just scan the app to see what’s new, check prices against Amazon, etc, and then go on with my day. Many years ago, HSN was actually entertainment that sold stuff. It was always sales first, but it could be quite entertaining. The hosts and the guests had great rapport, the products were decently priced, flex pay always helped, and shipping was decent – free was awesome. There’s none of that now. Not even with the veteran hosts. Bobbi is trying to make the best of her last two months, but it’s obvious she would rather be in FL. The vendors based in FL are exhausted because of flights and then a packed schedule of hits so they can get as much done as possible before they leave.
I looked at the schedule about a week ago, and there were TWO veteran hosts on – all the rest were new. One veteran was doing the TS and the other was Adam and one of his many end of day shows. I knew it wasn’t gonna be worth my time to even turn on the channel.
It just isn’t working, and that is a real shame.
This ad blocking thing has just started in the last 4-6 weeks. I will not disable anything on my computer in order to do business with HSN and QVC. I am done buying from these companies if this condition for writing a product review issue remains in place.

Snickerdoodle is also available on the Beekman 1802 website and in the Target Ulta stores. I doubt it’s coming to HSN at this point.
