Couldn’t pay my bill through HSN. Still have not received a new number or payment information from Synchrony Bank. Had to make phone call as the on line option would not work. Bill was due. Cannot make a purchase as I have no new number. HSN made a huge mistake. Will be shopping elsewhere.
Just received letter today 9/4 about after August 22nd to submit payment to Synchrony Bank no other info like account number. Well I received a bill with a due date 9/10 and I paid it through my online banking on 9/2 what about that payment? They are really making this a pian. If they knew that payments after August 22nd would no longer be going to Comenity they should of had this straightened out before then and not send us bills. Have our new credit cards in hand and account numbers so we can properly pay our bills to the correct bank. Now what happens to those who paid there bills that were due on 9/10 to the other bank? Is my account going to be properly credited??
What a disaster! Synchrony just sent me a letter(9/3) that Comenity should not receive any payments from me as of 2 weeks ago. The most recent bill I got from Comenity said to send payment by 9/10, What? My head is spinning.. So I called Synchrony and asked what to do and was told in so many words ” NOT OUR PROBLEM”. They told me to call Comenity and try to get my money back myself. You call this a bank transition? They even suggested that I might have to sue them to get my money back, Bottom line? I have to pay a great amount of money twice and then try to get the other bank to pay me back. HSN, is this the best you can do? If so I’m shopping elsewhere.
Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceI made an account with synchrony bank with my hsn card and now when I try to sign in to pay my bill it says try later. I don’t want to have to pay late just because they are having difficulties. Help!
Hi goldie530, sorry you are experiencing difficulties not able to access the online page to pay your bill. My issue with this bank switch is different, I did not have my account number. I had to go through hoops to get it in order to register online as both Comenity and Synchrony left me high and dry stating they do not have my HSN card number and I have to wait a month or 2 to get my new card before I can register for online access. What I did is from a credit report that I pulled last June, I had the 12 numbers at the beginning and then an old statement dated over 10 years ago had the last 4 digits. This is how I was able to register with my HSN card number which is unacceptable because during this transition no one should have been inconvenienced or should it be so difficult to pay bills online. I will definitely close my account soon. I know closing a long standing account can hurt your credit score but at this point, I do not care and I am very upset for the trouble I had during this conversion.
I would suggest to try to clear the Cookies on your device. Go to the HSN homepage, click on Account on the right side of your screen, go down to where it says HSN Card – Pay bill. Click on it and it will bring you to the Syncrony-Hsn site, click on Pay online. If you had already registered, put in your log in information. If not, click on register and again in order to do so you will need that almighty account number.

Seems like this will be the last time I buy something here, besides my bill is due tomorrow and I don’t know how to pay. Can’t find anything, try to log in to pay it and it says I have to contact my new lender, how do I do that. Ugh, feeling frustrated
