Bought an iPad and used wrong payment method so I cancelled the order. Seemed fine until they took out $1407 from my account and I thought it was okay I could get it back in an hour. Bought iPad again using correct payment method and hsn cancelled the order 2 hours later and took the money out of my credit card. Contacted support in the morning and they tell me it was something fraudulent. I say okay, but then they say it was something fraudulent on MY end. I get extremely angry as to why that’s even the case and now I’m down $3000 instead of the initial $1407 and both payments are still pending on PayPal. Apparently they have 30 days to accept a payment. I was WILLING to spend $1407 for a good investment and I lost an additional $1407 and now I have barely any money to buy groceries or anything. You guys are trash and I will NEVER do business with you guys again.
Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceI prefer getting a paper statement because my memory isn’t as good as it used to be. I will pay my balance off (I always pay in full every month with flex pay). I will continue to shop, but I’ll just use a different card. I refuse to pay that fee! Bad choice on their part, I hope they lose customers! I was also told that HSN credit card is going to a MasterCard (!) I’ll just order more from Amazon!!
Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceAnyone have contact info for Dispute Resolution? After ordering 4 pairs of DG2 pants on April 1, i needed to exchange 2 pairs for different sizes. Contacted Customer Service with exchange info on 4/28/24. Advised they would mail out new sizes. Email that I received shortly after showed they had incorrectly exchanged for wrong sizes. Called back, and issue corrected. On June 4, i recd a letter saying that i was going to be billed for an additional pair as only one pair returned. WRONG. Both pairs that were to be exchanged were returned using their shipping label on April 30. Situation documented and I was assured problem would be corrected. On June 25, recd 2nd letter saying that one pair of pants had not been returned. Reviewed situation with rep who again documented. He advised me there were no prior notes in my file. He to send info to Dispute Resolution. Rep told me there is no Customer Service email address where customers can document a situation such as this. HSN has also charged my credit card for this error.
Posted in Forum: Talk Among YourselvesHSN and QVC CREDIT CARDS are now going to charge us $1.99 if we want a paper statement, starting in August 2024. I will no longer use their card’s anymore. I’m shopping less and less cuz I feel they over charge for products they sell in the masses. I’m shopping more at department stores online. I can get same items on Amazon, no shipping and get it in days, AND I’M NOT CHARGED to return a bad product.
Posted in Forum: Talk Among YourselvesIf you have not already received a letter from Synchrony Bank you should be receiving one very shortly. Effective July 11,2024 anyone who receives a monthly paper statement will be charged $1.99.
I believe this is outrageous! NO other credit card company I have charges me a fee to receive paper statements.
Below are some of the reasons why I strongly encourage EVERYONE to contact HSN and QVC and make your voice heard. I myself spoke with a supervisor for over 20 minutes yesterday. I also requested since the telephone calls are recorded to have the senior management staff listen to it.
1) You are locked into paying a monthly charge for an extended time if you use up to 5 flex pays with any coupons or offers for discounts. The offers/coupons require that you put the payment on the HSN/QVC card to be entitled to them.
2) If Synchrony Bank is allowed to get away with this, I assure you other credit card companies will soon follow suit.
3) If you are reading this then you have access to a computer and email. But assist those who are customers of HSN/QVC who are not as tech savvy or have access to the internet. They NEED our help.
4) I use the convenience of a paper statement to keep accurate track of the due dates for credit card payments. The late fees will be raised up to a maximum of $41 and interest rates of 34.99%. Can anyone afford this? With receiving over 300 emails per day, the email giving me my statement may get overlooked.
Now is the time to make your voice heard before it is too late!
Sincerely,
Brenda
