I am smiling because your sister started her trip with a bang she won. 😘😎 I love it.

I am a bit busy doing this and that. 😎🎈Well it’s Monday.

Our daughter is safely at work today I know she knows how lucky she is. All the airports in
the region are closed. Our daughter’s flight was 21 hours and the airline feed them every
6 hours and the food was great. 🎈😎When they left nothing was going on and once
they were a safe distance over the Ocean almost to the UK that’s when they found out
what was happening some Planes had to turn around and go back her plane made it to
a safe distance. I’d rather she find out going to the UK thank actually knowing what was happening. I thank the lord for that. 😘💕 I knew nothing until the following morning.
We had texted and talked while she was in Qatar. Our daughter planned that trip so glad
she did not opt to stay an extra day she would still be there.

Going forward I am praying for the families who got left behind I saw the National
News.

Oz is raining and it is much needed yesterday we had thunder, hail and rain big time.

Good day on the Gulf Coast of Florida. 🎈😎💕I hope this is a good day for you.
I have been on the phone this morning with our daughter and she is fine from her trip.
Daughter has stories to tell she was Boots To Ground before everything happened.
Oodie after her flight took off many were left behind her flight was safe and out of
range. I will leave it at that.

Daughter is very tired from the 24 hour flight. So we will talk more later I am letting her
rest.

After 3 days finally saw hubs today. He was very concerned especially after the episode last Thursday. He had a very nice dinner and wanted me to give it a taste. Definitely refused. No more meals at the Rehab unless it is a delivery.

Glad your daughter made it home safely. That was quite a trip and a nightmare avoided. I love Boston and miss it. However, I don’t miss walking in the cold. If your daughter enjoys Asian food, Beach St has the best meals including dim sum. That’s our stop when we pay a visit to the Retina clinic at Tufts. We always walked from the bus station to our appointment and then back again when it was over. Returning to the bus depot was always a challenge due to the eye drops. It was like the blind leading the blind. Yes, we could have called a taxi, but it was only a few blocks of torture. Why bother????!!!!! By the time we reached the Cape, one of us was able to see enough to drive home.

I started going through some of my clothing today. Felt good to load to huge boxes. Even found time to do the usual garbage thing. Will do Recycle next week. I will be contacting the team who do the pick up for our annual bazaar in December. I think I counted at least 10 boxes full and I am still going strong. Hope to have tons of cabinet and closet space when I’m done.

the prayers I knew nothing of this when I posted where she was. Our daughter was
boots to ground and left in the nick of time to be safely away. Many were left behind.
We were not worried because we knew nothing daughter did not find out until she
got to the UK. Well she had an adventure I am sure she does not want to repeat.

Oodie as I type this post to you our daughter has landed in Boston where she lives.
Daughter had a wonderful 2 weeks trip. This was a retreat and a Yoga Class with several
friends. Last night she was in Qatar last night and UK this morning. Qatar got hit by
some bombs this morning. Daughter said a lot of people are trapped she is a Journalist
and a Professional Photographer we will talk later once she gets settled in. I can breathe
now. So glad she had a wonderful time and left in the nick of time. 😎💕

Oodie OZ is alright today but rain and snow and then some tomorrow. Hey that’s the way it
goes with the weather. 😎

I am OK today. Need to figure out what actually made me pass out. Have a feeling it could have been a number of things including the Rehab food. I stayed in yesterday and slept most of the day. Ordered a few things from Sam’s Club. Hate standing in line for check out. I have used their self service, but sometimes that is a hold up as well.

I will be making a stop at Culver’s for their homemade iced custard. Hubby does enjoy this and with the temps in the low to mid 70s today it will be a good treat. The Farmer’s Market makes their own as well. However, by the time I reach the rehab it becomes a drink. They also do not have hot fudge for a topping.

I will start on our taxes beginning of next week. I have one loose end to do on line and that should be the end of everything. I hope.

We had some much needed rain and more expected this afternoon. It will not be enough for our drought situation, but every little bit will help. Hope you all have a great day and then some. Rain is expected this evening. Have umbrella, will walk between the droplets, if possible.

I didn’t realize your daughter lives in Boston. I kept thinking she was in Georgia. I can visualize that sigh of relief that she is safe at home. Guess she will be returning to work n hext week. Happy she is safe. You must have been on pins and needles yesterday.

I ended up taking your advice and stayed home. I must admit that the “smart water” came in handy. One of the best advice I’ve received. Hope to have some on hand for the high temps and humidity which could begin anytime now. Florida weather predictions are almost as bad as the northeast. (LOL).

Good Evening Oodie I am glad you are taking it easy today. No I was not on pins and needles
because when she was in Qatar last night nothing was going on. The City was light up.
There were no problems anywhere then it came and they shut down all airports and a lot
of people are trapped. My daughter planned this trip with her friends three months ago
with round trip tickets and the lord was with her. i can see hours after she left that’s when
all Hades broke out.

My daughter is sitting in Boston at a Eatery with friends. We will talk tonight when she
is back in her home. Oodie we have three daughters and one son who lived in GA.
This daughter left around five years ago. Everyone else is still there.

i am just happy she is home and came so close. i know she has pics and she can write a story.
I think I will let her breathe tonight. I just feel better with her on Boston soil. 💕🎈

OMG! A thank you prayer to the Lord for watching over your daughter.🙏 Maybe next time they can do a retreat near Boston, lol! In her profession, I’m sure she has been in many situations which doesn’t help mama’s nerves.😟 Happy she is home.

Good Evening i am feeling better now that her two week trip is over. We did not know this
was going to happen. The lord works in strange ways. This happened after she left and she
was in UK on her way back to Boston.

They shut down all the airports and many are trapped. This can happen anywhere now days.

I ordered a dinner at the rehab yesterday. It was supposed to be a grilled cheese sandwich with soup and dessert. The dessert was canned pears which I left due to the processing. The grilled cheese was just toasted bread with cheese (one slice) put between the bread and it came with tomato soup. and a cucumber salad. I ate the cheese sandwich and gave the soup to hubs. He did not want the pears. The cucumbers were soaked in dressing. I still ended up with a severe case of sulfites. I sort of blacked out, but was able to take one pill prior. I felt it oncoming. I scared hubs who called for help using the buzzer. I need to say that was the first time he ever used it. The nurse came in and I was able to say sulfite. I could hear hubs calling me, but could not open the eyes and if I did so, everything would have been dark. From start to finish, it took me almost two hours to be able to drive home. By the time I left, hubs was sound asleep. The RN let me out and then watched me walk to the car. She did not move away from the window until I left the parking lot.

I forgot that the water was to be turned off today. Remembered when I wanted to use the shower. It is still off as I type. I surmise that the turnoff has something to do with the sewer system since the city has been redoing it since the beginning of February. There are roads that are not passable. Guess this will be on going until sometime in June.

Yes, I am feeling better. Just tired. Will stay home today and as long as we do not have a lightning show tomorrow will see hubs.

I brushed it off as i knew you always have your meds. So sorry this happened.

Hey take it easy and at least let the Rehab know if you cannot visit your husband tomorrow.

Sheba, glad you have a break from some of the winter weather.
It was very warm here today and I sat outside for about 30 minutes.
Usually I don’t go out in the sun but it was so nice.

Thanks for the shoutout. They picked it up in the third period. One down, a bunch yet to go. Glad they won after having two weeks off. The crowd did a great ovation at the beginning of the game for Jack Hughes, nice touch.🏒🥅🏅
