Sheba, How are you doing?
Wasn’t going to send cards this year but hubs wants them so I just ordered some.
It’s a nice cool evening here.
Hope the cats are doing ok in the cold. I know you have your eyes, via camera on them.
It was so funny when we were traveling and could see my son having a large pizza delivered from the camera’s. We were cracking up about him ordering the food and all, but won’t ever tell him we saw it on the camera. haha

Plumber will be here tomorrow. I surmise we will have no water for the day and that’s OK. Handyperson was here a short while ago and we will be replacing the front and side door locking devices. I will need to be up at 5 am tomorrow since both will be early bird (just about daybreak).

I ordered another Stearns and Mattress from Costco without the box spring. Unfortunately, not a good idea. The mattress lies too close to the floor and not conducive to lower back problems
or for rising. I will order a firmer mattress with a box spring. The one thing I like about Costco is the easy return. And, on top of everything, I think I finally figured out why hubby keeps falling out of bed. The pillow top is not that firm on the edges and that is where hubby sleeps, no matter what. It’s the only mattress we own that is this way. I sincerely hope that I finally stumbled on the reason. However, will still order something for his side of the bed just to be on the cautious side.

It’s after 4 pm and I need to get a move on. Made up for loss sleep from Monday. Slept over 11 hours, but took a while to get out of bed.

The book is fantastic. Thanks for the lyrics of “Memories.” I miss NYC,.

Just read your posts from yesterday. I understand how you feel. My stepfather was ill and passed two days after Christmas and we buried him on December 31st. So every year since, I think about how we ended that year.😥 You know I will be praying for your dear relative.🙏

Chilly but sunny day, that’s how the rest of the week will be.🥶🌞 Dropped a gift off this morning.🎁 I’m sure your decorations look gorgeous!✨ I keep downsizing every year now that I’m older, my knees are thanking me.

And that’s the main thing that scares me about living here. I mean, I’m enthusiastic about the future, but at the same time, it worries me.”
