I am so glad your AC is fixed! What 98 in the house is hot enough my goodness.
That is not healthy for anyone I would have had three cold showers too. 😎

I know you had to be there for the Techs to service the AC and I am glad you were.

I am about to take a nice cold shower Oz is still hot. I have all my Perlier products I use
to bath and soften my skin and body. 😎💕

Hope you and the computer are feeling better. The heat, humidity and the dew point is something I have never really given a thought to until now. I was forewarned about the weather in Fllorida, but nothing like what I have experienced for the past week .And this beat is never ending. I have been without A/C since last Thursday. Overhead fans just brought in more humid air, but it was sort of OK. For awhile I thought of living in my car since it had A/C.. However, the other side of the coin may not be so good when winter comes. I have noticed that whatever you get in summer means a harsher winter. Drink plenty of liquids and enjoy the fruit. Take care of yourselves. Hope this weather isn’t affecting your mom and sister too much. Stay safe.

The first tech was here at 8:30am. Seems we had a huge hole where the freon was and that led to the A/C not functioning. No way to repair the hole. Next two techs showed around noon. They were finished by 4 pm. The new thermostat showed that the indoor temp was 98. It sure felt like over 100. I stayed home for the entire day. I now am starting to feel human again after 3 cool showers. I will not do any work on the house tomorrow. Instead will see hubs and spend the day. The one thing I need to say it felt good to say goodbye to the A/C we had for a few years. This one had problems from day one. The one we have now seems to be running alot better.

I have to laugh at your picture of a lake. That is a lake. What we have is a hundred acre puddle. I am not exaggerating. Florida for some reason calls every puddle a lake. The only boat that you can use is a kayak or a small canoe. Row boat is OK as long as you do not attach an engine. But our lakes do get those alligators and all kinds of snakes. I watch from the lanai and always wear my running shoes just in case. Yep, alligators do love those screens. We do have wilflife people that we contact and they just bring them elsewhere though I’ve been told that the same ones could return. Guess they have a pretty good sense of diretion.

Well, I’m really tired. Hope you all have a great evening. Wonder if we will be too cloudy to enjoy the Persidions tonight and tomorrow. Temp was in the upper 90s today. With everything factored in it was over 105 degrees. I feel for anyone experiencing this heat wave. Take care of yourselves and stay safe.

Oz is very warm but so are many States this year. Yeah I am looking forward to Fall.
