The A/C is working. The house is comfortable. The one that died was about 5 ye4ars old and was a lemon from day one. Unfortunately, the company would not let us return it for another model until all parts were repaired. It was one excuse after another. I started looking around for other A/C businesses and found one. I wanted a new one and the tech advised us to keep it. He repaired it a couple of times and then it started to work the way it should. It died last week. This one is perfect and hums along. Actually, it is very quiet. I notified the company this morning that I was happy thus far with the result.

Today I promised myself a full day with hubs. It didn’t turn out that way. I had a good night’s sleep and rested for awhile before starting the day. However, that soon passed. Getting up , my movement was on the shaky side. I called the doctor’s office and my physician contacted me within minutes. I explained the situation. I had heat exhaustion. I had meds here that would serve me well. She called at the end of day to make sure I was OK. The one thing she recommended was the smart water, along with fruit and breakfast. I am now able to walk without the feeling I needed to hang onto something. I also needed sugar and the ice cream is what finally started to bring me around. I would have gone to a local hotel/motel, but being a Fl. resident it would have been difficult to find a room unless I travel over 50 miles. Not an ideal situation. Thankfully, I am OK. Have car will travel to see hubby.
