It’s been a very busy week thus far. We had the garbage and recycle on Tuesday. I was able to do the garbage. Recycle next week. Like you, and everyone else, I had to figure what day it was. I kept thinking today was Tuesday.

I am sad that your sister had to go through some major surgery. Thankful that she is able to recoup at home. I wish for a speedy recovery and hope all is well.

I never thought that our Farmer’s Market would have specials on Memorial Day. But they did. And I missed it. Here is a partial list. One scoop of ice cream either in a dish or on a cone$.99. Problem is that no one behind the count knows what a scoop of ice cream looks like. It’s usually equivalent to two scoops or more. Red, Seedless grapes $.99. This is just a sampling.

Hubby has another new roommate. Nice person. Quite talkative. Good that he has company. I think the Rehab has A/C problems. Seems the temp is in the 80s and not in the 660s. At least I didn’t need a sweatshirt. Also there is a night supervisor who works the weekends,. Seems she has a name for me for completing the renovations. I have a feeling I know who this person is and I would definitely contact him. This person was not only a patient at the rehab, but was employed as a LPN. He was the one person who would walk me to my car when I left the rehab due to gunshots most evenings. This is why I now leave just prior to sunset.

We have had rain daily since last week. Last night’s storm brought a breeze that made the humidity go bye bye. What a relief. However, the barometer is another story. No aches and pains, no back ache. But migraines. OH MY!!!! It has been a hit or miss trying to be with hubs.
No fun.

Today is warm and overcast. Rest of the week should be mid to upper 70s and sunny – sounds perfect.👍 Like you, trying to remember what day it is.

Happy your sister is doing well. I hope her recovery is quick and easy. A very good friend of my husband’s passed last night.😢 They found a brain tumor only four months ago. Hubs worked out with him twice a week for at least 20 years. He is quite upset.

Hard to believe Vegas won four straight, sure surprised me. I’m pulling for Carolina and Vegas in the final.🏒 I am a hockey lover and these playoffs are waaaay too long. By the time the final rolls around, I’m already sick of watching hockey. If the teams went the maximum games in each round, that is 28 games which is about 1/3 of the regular season! That’s just crazy.

I have a very busy day today I am checking on my sister who had major surgery yesterday.
Sis is doing fine today and is resting at home. I am glad she has help at home because
she will need all the help she can get. The lord never gives you more than you can bare. 💕
