Sheba, Oz is so cold. I am sincerely happy for your good health.
Today I walked with a friend and then went to the gym on the treadmill for a while. My walks with her are very easy so I can’t count it. You’d think I was thin, but no, not in the genetics. I was never model thin ever. My 1st year in LA I met two friends at work. They barely ate, literally 2 or 3 bites per meal. I have no idea if they were healthy but they were thin. Not saying models are like this just thinking about those friends.

Good evening we are cold here in OZ and will be all week. Fall my foot winter is here. Sheesh!
All good I just worry about the cats keeping warm.

I am glad you were there for your friend my sister does that when she is concern about
a health problem I just let her talk and I listen with patience. 💕

I like thanking you and all who have been through it with me. 😘🎈My SIL will have a full
Chemo treatment on Wednesday and she has months of this. I listen to a lot of family
members.

Happy Friday the 13th. Congratulations to you on your wonderful results. I am so glad to read that you had a great check up. I hope you did a celebration 💃💃💃.

Our weather has been up and down. Some nights are cold, others are cool. Some days goes up to mid seventies and others don’t make it past 60.

Somehow December is flying by, I see the days just running away.
Pretty soon that big ball will be coming down and we will be in a new year.
