Hello Peeps time for a new Conversation Thread. This is number 27 out of the
series. I created and started this thread 10 years ago.😎🎈

I will change it often from now on. This is just a knock around
thread about things in life. My life and others. I am an avid Heidi
Daus Collector, former singer, model and so on. I do this thread because
I enjoy what I do. I love fashion and music and HSN is a little of both.
I cover a lot of music and fashion on this thread. ✨😎

I am going to wish Happy Holidays to all the Peeps out there and please
stay safe. 🌹✨😎

    Looks like this thread is all messed up again, did anyone ever tell you why this happens?🙄

    The game is not on here so I’ve been checking the score and it finally looks like an easy one for a change.👍 Your guys will be in the ‘burgh on Christmas day.

    I hope you are not running around too much today so you can get well. Maybe try a hot toddy later, they usually knock me out, probably because I’m not used to whisky.😴 Or have five drinks of whatever you like.🤣

    I need to run a few errands. A woman’s work is never done.

    you feel about the Rehab and how they don’t want you to bring your husband good food.

      Good afternoon. Well, last night I brought unsweetened Mott’s Applesauce and I was not permitted to give him any. This means I will need to donate the carton to a food pantry.
      No ice cream either. So, when I shop at Costco, I will need to remember that hubby can only eat what the kitchen gives him. This is all because he choked on the white meat of the turkey. Thank goodness there were only two or three slices left that were cut thin. This is what landed him into the hospital. He kept coughing and needed to be siphoned. None of the RNs at the rehab knew how to do this. The one that did, had quit in October to relocate. However, I did puree the dark meat for him which he did eat and enjoyed. The white meat was mine and I couldn’t finish the last few slices. Unfortunately, I left it on the tray and he grabbed it before I had removed it. He has a habit of putting big slices into his mouth.. So, I have been banned from bringing him anything. Oh yes, no soda. No loose tea. No coffee decaf or otherwise and no bottled drinks from anywhere. What is maddening is that the hospital was able to move him from puree food to almost regular. I will definitely mention this to the nutritionist at the hospital. His memory is pretty good. The main reason why I brought food was because the amount was small and he was still hungry. Also banned is Yogurt and our favorite, Dragon Fruit.
      Dragon Fruit is banned because of the seeds within. I wonder if they think he will grow a cactus plant. Also, I now have a blender that makes smoothies. Hmm……cannot bring this either.

      The sherpa blanket was found. Eyeglasses I will again mention tomorrow. Me, I’m OK. Just a bit rattled. From this time on I will not bring food for myself. I do leave too early for a dinner, so I will eat when I return home. Not a good thing, because I do not arrive home until 9 or 10 pm…

      Well onward to other things. I will not dwell on this, but will take each day as it comes. Meanwhile, for your sniffles. Chicken soup and hot tea with lemon. Try a hot tea with brandy at night unless you are taking meds.. Will write later if I can.
