No, you didn’t miss our anniversary. It’s in March. And with all that you do on this thread and at home, it’s a wonder you remember things at all. Hubby is having problems with his hands. They seem to freeze and then shakes. I thought it may be Parkinson’s, but the pain he feels at times lends me to think that it could be dehydration. I know when I lift things that are heavy or carry bags of groceries I am using muscles. Some that may have forgotten what exercise is all about. This invariably leads to leg cramps. I found that taking a few sips of water lessens the pain and within seconds it’s gone. Dehydration, over work, who knows.

I ended up stopping at Culver’s. I picked up my favorite salad, Cranberry Bacon salad. Oh so good. And a large chili for hubby. Whenever I bring the chili, he always remarks, “the best I’ve ever tasted.” Tomorrow hubby and I will start on a little adventure. He wants home so bad, but he needs to start doing things for himself. We will start with arm and finger exercises to see if that could help limber those muscles and bones. I have searched high and low for the ball I use for tension. I usually throw it against the wall until I loosen up a bit. Then, of course there are those metal Chinese balls that are useful in getting the fingers to work. Those are in Ct.. I may order a set. If the piano wasn’t so heavy, I would bring that also . I know there is a piano somewhere in the building. If I can locate where it is, that would certainly help. I just wish this rehab had a pool. There are many exercises that could help him stand and maybe walk. There is a place 20 miles from our home here that has 5 star reviews. Unfortunately, they are full. This place has a pool and other resources.

I am watching the tropics. I started repacking the overnighter just in case. The prediction is the one in the Caribbean will be a tropical storm between now and the weekend. What comes after is anyone’s guess. I’m still not over the last one.

Good evening Poppy always gets lost in the leaves I think he likes to play in them.
Hubby has his work cut out for him. We are storming right now and the leaves are

I love it I always come in from Buffalo, New York. I love Central Park and you
are right about the food. 💕😎

I was in a hotel off Central Park I was modeling and working for a major Orchestra
and the staff made sure I knew where to go I had a ball. I would love an extened
stay in New York City. One of my kids is a College Grad and she lived there for 7 years.
I am happy she had no issues or problems and she met many people while there.
Daughter can ride the subway like a regular New Yorker. 😎💕

All my kids have visited and stayed in New York. My daughter that works for HBO
had an event and took a pic with Anderson Cooper I thought is was so cool. This
daughter has a long list of celebrities but this was a charity event. 💕
Kids are still young but I train them young.

I hope you get that train ride to where ever you want to go. 😎 Oodie your post
reminds of the book Iris Apfel wrote and was sold here on HSN. Iris and her husband
Carl traveled like you and hubby remember they had material and textile. I miss her
dearly. 💕

Let’s all hope and pray hubby can get home and soon. Oodie even if he can’t do much
just being there and helping him is a blessing there is no place like home and he may
improve. I would have some additional help when needed you can’t do it all. I know you
can make this happen. Did I miss your Anniversary? I like to acknowledge people with
special events. I have always done this on HSN for anyone. I am always overlook when it
comes to things like that and I have grown use to it. LOL! 😎 It is what it is and I am not
the favorite but I am me. 😘💕

@oodiebom, okay. I just thought I’d throw some ideas out there. My Dad had had a second stroke and was unable to walk or talk, plus had a feeding tube, which is why I had my friend fly back with him. I wish you both the very best of luck. I know that this has been very stressful and I admire your strength.
