Oodie, those supermarket prices are great. It’s so expensive here for everything it’s crazy.
Plus our gas prices are higher than anywhere in the country. Stopping here….

My son is hanging in there with his busy work schedule. He looks tired. He will be snowboarding in January.

Ok I either saw the same coyote 3 times or saw 3 coyotes, Don’t they know how to sleep in the afternoon? One was on my path so I left the trail a different way. Lots of distance so it was all good.

The prices I quoted you yesterday were for the grand opening specials. Normally, the pineapple sells for $2.50 or more. I will be taking a ride to their new Farmer’s Market that is near me. The parking lot may be too full and if that is the case I will see hubby. The sale is on through Saturday. This store will be their largest one thus far.

Last night I brought Asian take out to hubby. He had finished dinner and could not believe he had room for more food. And, there was a tiny bit of leftovers for lunch. I’m thinking of getting a lobster roll for dinner if there is parking. It’s so good to be able to go into a market and not read t he labels. No preservatives, but, that also means less time on the shelf and in the frig.. On the other hand I’m not over buying.

Tomorrow I will be getting the new mattress and box spring. I still like the Stearns and Foster the best. But, the pillow top may be the reason hubby falls. I didn’t realize that the edge really sinks in when you are on top of it. With hubby sleeping on the edge, it’s no wonder he was falling so often. I will still have another mattress on the floor just in case. The air mattresses are OK, but you have to inflate and deflate in order for it to be useful. I think I may have found one that can easily fit under the bed. This will be better than pillows in that the mattress is more secured to the floor and doesn’t roll. Just not sure how his knees will hold up if he continues on this path.

I had a strong feeling that your labs would be fine. I know you were scared and concerned. But, you have been doing everything right. And with Andrew’s vitamins, you are maintaining good health.

As for the kitties, why not go into one of your pet places to get an idea of outdoor things to keep them warm. I still like the idea of a shed with kittie beds or just blankets on the floor. If you have an electrical outlet on your porch, you can try a heater with beds or blankets or both. Not sure if they will make use of a porch, but you can try. When the weather is real cold, they may go under a house to keep warm. They also tend to go into a garage if t he door is up. Remember to check under the hood of your vehicles before starting the motor, especially if they are outside. People at PetCo may have some suggestions.
