I actually thought your doctor appointment was today. I wish you only the best. Four rainbosws are shown on my TV which is not in the on position. Where it’s coming from is anyone’s guess. But, I am sharing them with you, xango and my hubby. The fourth one is for whomever needs it.

I do not know what stopped some of the letters on this keyboard from not working. But for some reason, all is well now. May you have a great outcome tomorrow. I mean today since it’s after midnight. Drive carefully to the appointment. Stay safe.

My hubby is scheduled for an MRI tomorrow evening. Received the phone call late this afternoon. Hope everything turns out well. Prayers going to both of you.

Hi. We went to Aldi’,s this afternooon. Just before we left had a phone call from the radiology department in the same location as the neurologist. Hubby needs an MRI. Since he is scheduled for surgery next week and also physical therapy he will get it over with tomorrow. His appointment is for 7:45 pm and we need to be there a half hour prior. Guess I will be missing Trivia. If I can get the keyboard to work on the desktop, will set it up a few hours prior to the game. For some reason the o does not work and when you press the p it signs off. I may have a
Keyboard, just do not know where it is.. Meantime will order a new one..

Hope all goes well wiith xango and her hubby tomorrow. Hope we can get to Costco Saturday. May try the farmer’s market before the appointment. It’s on route. 😀😀

Hello Oodie, I hope you aren’t doing too much☺️ and are well.
We finally got some rain yesterday. It was much needed, the grass was getting very dry.
The hospital called and the time is set for 6AM. That means we must get up at 4 and be out of the house at 5:15AM. It will be up to the doctor if hubby will need to stay the night.
I have all my stuff packed and clothes set out, it’s makes for a fast exit out of the house.

Hello Sheba, I hope your headache is gone today. You are busy today as well, and most likely multi tasking.
I certainly hope that one day in the near future we three can sit down together and enjoy a meal together.
You had mentioned you sometimes come to Orlando. I am just one hour away. And Oodie perhaps 2, I am not sure.
The hospital called and we need to be there at 6AM😬😨. That means wake up at 4AM, and get ready. We ordered a car to be here at 5:15 AM.
Its about 8PM, I am tired and hungry, already packed what I am taking. And have my clothes ready out waiting. Not sure if I can sleep tonight, will have to try.

The Wisdom of the Heart

Approaching life with an open heart is returning to our true home.

Spiritual teachers have always pointed to the heart as the seat of consciousness, and recently Western science has found evidence to support this realization. It turns out that the heart has its own central nervous system and is not simply under the rule of the brain as formerly believed. Anyone who has taken the time to explore the heart knows this and, more important, has realized that the heart is the source of our connection to a consciousness greater than the ego. Approaching life with an open heart means that we have opened the door to this greater consciousness, taking up residence alongside it in the seat of our soul. Fortunately, at this time there is a lot of support for this shift energetically as well as practically. To some degree, approaching life with an open heart is as simple as shifting your attention onto your heart.

Eventually you will be able do this any time, any place, but at first it may help to try it in a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed. Simply sit with your eyes closed and draw your breath into your heart. As your breath expands your chest cavity, your heart expands and opens. You may feel tenderness or sadness in your heart, and you may also feel relief. Any emotions that arise can be effectively witnessed and healed through the meditation process, which benefits both your physical heart and your energetic heart. The more you practice, the more you will find your heart opening to your own presence and to all the situations your life brings.

When we open our hearts, they may feel tender and vulnerable, which simply means that they need our loving attention as we cleanse and heal them of past hurts and blockages. This process asks us to practice some of the heart’s greatest lessons — patience, compassion, and unconditional love. On the other hand, we may take up residence as effortlessly as a bird returns to its nest. Either way, approaching life with an open heart simply means returning to our true home. AMEN! ✨✨
