Charlie came back this evening and is sleeping on my Chaise Lounge. I am sure later
he will go to his bedroom and get into bed until morning I don’t feel like shooting any
of the critters tonight. I can handle a gun as good as my husband if not better. 😜😜

I just shoot to scare them away until Charlie gets home I will wait until daylight to send him
home. ✨

Not much today. No shopping. Guess we will do that tomorrow. We have had rain almost every day for the last two weeks. Our Lanai is one big puddle. Even though the rugs are outdoors do not want to get them dirty. Hoping by mid week we can give it a try. Looks like I will need to waSh the furniture and floors before laying the carpet. to think we had everything powered washed.

Well, back to the ole grind. Glad Charlie is enjoying his new home a d his very own queen sized bed. That’s one happy kitty.

Morning Dew

Waking up each morning, how blessed we are to be here.

The world awakens each day from its nightly slumber transformed by a sparkling layer of morning dew on the grass, on flower petals and leaves, on cars and car windows. These glistening droplets last only a little while, an integral part of what imbues the early morning with its aura of magic. If we sleep too late, we miss the magnificent display of sunlight playing on an infinite amount of tiny crystal-like drops. To step onto the dew-covered grass is to anoint our feet with a form of water that comes only once a day for a short time, a rarefied gift of the night air that will soon evaporate in the full light of the sun. If we inhale slowly and consciously enough, it is almost as if we are drinking in this magical elixir formed in the boundary between darkness and light.

In one myth, morning dew is believed to be tears from heaven, and in another, the droplets are poured from the vessel of the goddess of dawn. When we see the earth draped in these shimmering drops, it is easy to imagine fairies bathing in the water or a sky god weeping from longing to be closer to his beloved earth goddess. Seeing the sparkling beauty of the earth emerging from darkness, we may understand this longing in terms of our own gratitude, how blessed we are to be here.

Perhaps heaven really does long to be here on earth and perhaps that is why we are here, as conduits between the divine and the earthbound. As we drink the morning dew in with our eyes, our skin, our breath, it is easy to imagine that it really is a magical potion, a gift from heaven, a reminder of our true purpose, and a daily opportunity to be transformed. AMEN!✨

Good afternoon on the Gulf of Florida. ✨😎Oodie I hope you are having a good afternoon.
Hey Charlie spent the night again last night in his private room. Charlie is very spoiled. I am
afraid we did it. Oops! 😜I feed him and let him out to go home. Oodie last night we had
Raccoons three on the front porch trying to fight him hubby went for the BB Gun and fired
away and they got to running we brought Charlie in and had no intention of letting him out
for the rest of the night. We took Charlie home yesterday and he came back. 💕😎

I don’t know what to do about the racoons because we also help another cat as well. Shizzle!

I hope hubby is doing well today have you had time to lay the rug? If not I would do it when I
do it. ✨

Oodie take it easy today I am multi-tasking this my break I have been watching the Queen’s
Services since 5:00 a.m. 🌹
