I have something similar where I ordered something and used a coupon. I did 3 flex pays as that was the most offered. I just looked at my HSn credit card account and there is a pending charge that is doubled from what is supposed to be for the first payment.I was told they charge before the coupon discount and drops off later. I don’t like this at all. It looks like I am being charged double for the first installment.

They have one again today. I wanted to use it on a P Nash bag and the flex pays are only three. They can never have a good coupon & flex pays at the same time. If they want people to buy they need to give more options.

I don’t know what it is about that host, but I cannot watch her. She gets on my last nerve.

I have to agree, my shopping with them has slowed right down. The new hosts I think need more training. Sarah Trimm yesterday was on zoom with Dr, Nassif and while talking with him she was talking to someone in her ear she was saying” do you want me to say good bye to the doctor”? and was having a conversation with them. It was bizzare.

I noticed this with Colleen when on an Imperial Silver show with Leslie & the vendor Linda. Leslie & Linda just sat there like deer in the headlights, while Colleen was running the show. She kept giving the updates on how many were left along with rambling on about her experience and how long she has known this company. It was very distracting and hard to follow. Please HSN we do not need three people presenting especially when one is on skype.

She keeps extending, she was supposed to be done this month.

Debbie D is constantly saying “you guys”.

They are two completely different companies. Nothing is changing except where they are broadcasting from. If they didn’t say anything, no one would have known that they were moving.

I have always found her to be rude to the vendors and even her co workers. I never watch when she is on.

I wish they had petite models. Colleen had a pair of longer shorts on last night and the models were 5’11. I need to see them on a shorter model to see how they would look on someone shorter like 5’3.

It’s happens too often. The Nakery cream I wanted was sold out for three days at the sale price once the price went back up then it was available again.

I ordered the rainbow & silver in the small bag. This is the perfect size for going out and for my upcoming cruise.

They probably figure people already know that.
