I signed up online put in my banking info. I have not had any problems paying my bill. Did you create a password? QVC already has Synchrony as their cc.

Do you have your HSN credit card? It is on that. Your statements with Commenity is no longer available after 8/23.

You should of gotten a letter a month ago that is when I got mine explaining that after 8-21 no payments scheduled with community will be processed that I had to set up a new account with Synchrony with my current HSN cc # which I did and made my payment that way. I received an email stating my payment was received and processed.. I agree this whole thing is a mess and we should of gotten our new account # to set up our accounts. If you made your payment with Commenity then no it will not go through.
