Sheba, It’s sad about another passing. RIP.

Sheba, thanks, maybe blueberries are shaped differently to me. People are so creative with designs especially cakes and they all look so festive.
Love Heidi’s travels. She is quite the adventurer. Maybe I will take a look.
We will start to plan our vacation this week. I think it will be to Central Europe.
Had to explain to my son that growing up travel and even long distance phone calls were considered very expensive. I never expected to travel much especially outside the US. Now everybody carries their phone and over-tourism is a thing. Who knew it would go this way? 🙂

Sheba, a new baby must be so fun and great you get pictures. Thanks for the happy returns and same to you. Let’s continue to celebrate and way more fun than those cranky posters 😀. I have been wondering what is the topping on the cake for Shoelady? I just can’t figure it out.
Today I tried to sew a closure on a lovely lined blazer I bought on clearance locally. After two attempts, sewed it on then took it off, I might have to see a professional. It will probably cost more than the jacket…..I might try 1 more time.

Shoelady, Thank you for the birthday wishes! It’s very nice of you. Cake and Vodka Tea is a new combo for me but hey lets all give it a try! Next thing you know, Curtis will be breaking records by selling it!

Sheba, Another tragic loss with Ozzy Osbourne. RIP.

Glad it cooled a bit there. I have been re-reading some of my books this week while sitting outside in a comfy chair. Very enjoyable.

I bought the earring 1st to see what I would think about them and I was really happy so naturally the pendant followed :). I think we will both be low key but I hope you have your eye on something too.

Sheba, yes, we looked at the camera’s. We are used to dogs leaving gifts in the yard, and have pictures, know the dogs and owners but not much we can do as the HOA wont get involved and we know the people so we just let it go. The Coyotes seem to travel through here and stop across the street at the neighbors apple tree ( in the front yard). We saw 2 of them there recently at night.
Well, I ordered those Turq JK Earrings which recently arrived and are lovely and not heavy. Just went back for the matching pendant.
Hope it cools down there soon.

Sheba, Sorry it’s so hot in Oz. We’ve have the air on a lot but it’s not as hot as the rest of the US.
I saw a blurb somewhere that Mtn Lions are being spotted in Kansas. Be safe on those walks with Poppy. A Coyote left a gift in our driveway overnight. They come through here daily but I don’t think there is much to eat for them, Some people have fruit trees but I have no idea if that an attraction for them. Picked up dinner and wanted to add a choc. chip cookie to bring back, it was almost $4.00 so I didn’t. It looked good. Had some choconuvo instead. Godd but not quite the same. 🙂

Sheba, yes, I watched a video about the Co plane incident. Glad no one was hurt badly. Hopefully they get to the bottom of all these incidents.
I get anxiety weeks before we fly anywhere and then once I am on the plane, decide to to let it go, or wont enjoy the trip. I stay buckled in and alert though. I’m not the most adventurous 🙂
It’s a good thing you’re close enough to drive to Colorado. Hope you have a wonderful time whenever you visit.

Sheba, I’ll share that down low with you. Quite, nice day here. Yes, made more you know what but listened to a podcast while baking so I enjoyed it. If my husband talks while I cook I mess up. Oh, no more paper cups hubs said too much sticks. 🙄.
