Sheba, Those Mountains have some nice snow. The hot cocoa – hot chocolate pictures look so good. I added 2 Choco nuvo’s to my cup today plus cinnamon. My computer fan is slowing fading so if I don’t post one of these days you know why. I might try to replace it myself. Apparently, I dropped my computer, as it has a chipped off place in the back which I never noticed. Hope those sniffles are gone soon.
Did you read about the drones? -
Sheba, Oz is so cold. I am sincerely happy for your good health.
Today I walked with a friend and then went to the gym on the treadmill for a while. My walks with her are very easy so I can’t count it. You’d think I was thin, but no, not in the genetics. I was never model thin ever. My 1st year in LA I met two friends at work. They barely ate, literally 2 or 3 bites per meal. I have no idea if they were healthy but they were thin. Not saying models are like this just thinking about those friends.
Have a warm evening by the fire. -
Sheba, Yay! Congratulations!!! I am very Happy for You! Such good news!

Sheba, Sadly, there is a Fire in Mailbu. I know the area from back in the day when I frequented the area. I think I read that the area near it has been evacuated.
Back then, there were fires too. It gets very dry.
It’s been very dry here too. My clothes have that static feel.
I’ll be thinking about you tomorrow. Hope all goes well and fast. -
Sheba, Oz is cold. Hope the cats have a warm place.
Today I volunteered for 2 hours but it turned into 4 hours. Long day but good.
Glad your Dr Appt doesn’t have surprises this month. -
Oodie, WIth all the cleaning, shopping and housework you do I never thought you would need more exercise. Walking is great and may help your back feel better as a by-product of it. Maybe you can find a neighbor to walk with to get started and do a small loop?
You might try to target summer for your trip back North. You don’t need the snow and then rain on a Mountain. I know you and hubs have done the drive many times so I am sure you know the ins and outs of it. By the way, if hubs rehab is in a sketchy area you can order pepper spray, and whistle, or a siren alarm. Let the staff know you have the siren alarm so they react if they hear it and not just ignore it as background noise in the area. -
Sheba, so sweet of you to send your SIL a gift basket. Very thoughtful.
Hope your appt is in and out and over and done.
Great you have a treadmill for those bad weather days.
The Cats are fun!
